I'm sure people just love to be the 'guy' who makes a thread and watch the likes role in. It's depressing now. 1 1
Marshall Cockney Fox Posted 28 May 2023 Posted 28 May 2023 From Boxing day I think he won 2 & drew 2 in about 14 games. That's abysmal. No other club, other than Forest would have tolerated that catastrophic form. He & the boards passivity destroyed our season. Just look at Villa's season after the board were assertive. 1
frany104 Posted 28 May 2023 Posted 28 May 2023 ****. He’s got away with not having a relegation on his cv. 1
trabuch Posted 28 May 2023 Posted 28 May 2023 He took advantage of an owner who was desperate to preserve the legacy of his recently deceased father. 1

Well I don't think he could claim that, his tactics and management put us in this position, I don't think we can even blame the players. Edited 28 May 2023 by whoareyaaa 1

Trent Steel Posted 28 May 2023 Posted 28 May 2023 Thing is all the 'pundits' still bigging up Rodgers and none of this is ever his fault Hope he does go to spurs 🙏

Not sure about that TBH. I think Top just didn't have a clue about PL football. Business first. The trinket that we were, comes second.
berniethebolt Posted 28 May 2023 Posted 28 May 2023 Rogers was awful this season and as soon as he wasn't backed his negatively seeped into the team. Did we improve at all when he left... No, if fact I think we got worse. Rudkin and his colleagues have more blood on their hands for me as they kick started the whole farce of season, be it contracts, lack of signing and lack of funds.

I've done denial and anger.
Legend_in_blue Posted 28 May 2023 Posted 28 May 2023 It's a kick in the teeth knowing he's worse than Peter Taylor but wasn't here ultimately to see it before his own eyes. He'll spin it his way which is unfortunate. 1

bovril Posted 28 May 2023 Posted 28 May 2023 He's not highly rated by other fans, and I don't think he gets as much love from the media as people think on this forum, at least not from serious journalists. 1
tsintskaro Posted 28 May 2023 Posted 28 May 2023 State of this forum lmao Blame your favorite owner or stfu

NotTheMarketLeader Posted 28 May 2023 Posted 28 May 2023 (edited) Worse than Taylor, no question. His talking down of the club is the worst part of this. Alan Smith is free to patronise us because our own manager did for so long. It’s a story of a club that deserved to go down because it didn’t have high enough standards. LCFCJohn Posted 28 May 2023 Posted 28 May 2023 He’ll be there right now, sipping a glass of celebratory wine with a smug grin on his face
Jaspa Posted 28 May 2023 Posted 28 May 2023 Should've sacked him Forest away, FA Cup. This season has played out the way the board has let it, you can't swallow the bullshit line about only knowing we were in danger this April. 2
An Sionnach Posted 28 May 2023 Posted 28 May 2023 Hands up all those who thought the contract extension was a good idea. He played us completely . I would never give any manager the sort of control he had. Just about all managers are vastly overrated. 1
