Super_horns Posted 14 January 2024 Posted 14 January 2024 Spurs will be hoping that isn’t another injury for Van Der Ven.

weller54 Posted 14 January 2024 Posted 14 January 2024 What's happening with old Glass Ankles?.. he's been out for months.

Seem to have been out forever. Ironically the only player who left us who seems to be playing injury free is Evans! Couldn't make it up! Edit: Ah, Chilwell played yesterday, shows how much attention i'm paying. Edited 14 January 2024 by Matt

Imagine them getting another points deduction, would be brilliant. Wonder what their new proposed owners are making of it, given they haven’t been approved yet.

Forest fans don't seem that bothered by it all but the Everton ones will certainly not like being sent down effectively by all this.

MPH Posted 15 January 2024 Posted 15 January 2024 So deducting Everton 10 points earlier in the season sets a bench mark. How can they deduct Forest anything less? And as for Evertons second offense… surely they won’t deduct them 10 more points will they? im going to guess at 10 points for Forest and a 12 month transfer ban for Everton which will probably mean they go down if not this season than the season after. And that will probably cause their take over to be off and their fans will cry a bit more and those tears will taste delicious…

Newcastle have an issue with Burn and Trippier, they are far to hot headed and don't let things go. They were distracted by what they thought was a foul not given miles up.the pitch and failed to defend properly. Nobody else to blame if the ball comes that far and its that long after the incident. They were also moaning that Man City didn't stop to let Gordon get treatment, but he was off the pitch. Bit weird he decided to take it up with dias mid celebration and not the ref

Super_horns Posted 15 January 2024 Posted 15 January 2024 This will probably run beyond the end of this season .
EastAnglianFox Posted 15 January 2024 Posted 15 January 2024 Depressing thing is even if Everton and Forest are deducted 10 points then I still wouldn't bet against them getting out of it given the state of the league this season. 1
Popular Post The Bear Posted 15 January 2024 Popular Post Posted 15 January 2024 (edited) Some genuinely weak as piss arguments coming from Forest and Everton over these charges. Forest saying they could have sold Johnson for £30m when it would have kept them safe, but waited a month to sell him for £45m and are now getting punished for it. Well yes, that's how the 3 year cycle dates work you idiots. Everton also trying to muddy the waters whining about their new stadium when everybody knows that stadium figures don't and have never counted for FFP. Oh and saying they've already been punished for two seasons of this new 3 year cycle. Errr yeah same for everyone else who had to cut their cloth accordingly. That's how new cycles work idiots. We came close apparently and had to respond with a policy that cost us a top manager walking away and forced us to make £140m worth of sales last summer to make sure we don't get charged in the next cycle ending 23/24. Those who broke the rules did so knowingly and are now trying to weasel out of it so screw them both. We sold Neves because we had to. Everton could have easily sold England No.1 Jordan Pickford for top dollar at any point and given themselves a chance of complying but they didn't. Forest didn't have to spend £40m on Gibbs-White plus 20+ other players and stupid wages for Lingard. Oh yeah Forest whining about inflation on wages and transfer fees. Well wages don't get affected by inflation unless built into the contract when signed so your own stupid fault. Everyone else is in the same boat playing by the same rules in the same market, and we've all managed to abide by them. Relegate them both as far as I'm concerned. Rumours the Premier League have said no to Everton's takeover by 777 who Everton already owe £140m to as well. Which will be another nail in their coffin. Edited 15 January 2024 by The Bear 9
Popular Post Finnegan Posted 15 January 2024 Popular Post Posted 15 January 2024 What depresses me is their fans getting angry at the authorities instead of their own owners who have quite obviously hideously mismanaged their respective clubs. The whole world saw this coming for Forest, they signed literal meme amounts of players, the whole planet was laughing at them. Their owner is an actual fvcking pirate, like what was anyone expecting. 9
Corky Posted 15 January 2024 Posted 15 January 2024 Why the **** would the Premier League be out to stop Everton alone? They haven't been in the top six for a decade and were bottom half regulars before this time. Such an odd bunch. They have spent half a billion to be in relegation battles yet the authorities are trying to stop them!? 2
