Leeds looking threatening....Piroe scoring on his debut

That Leeds front four looks deadly. Sinisterra, Gnonto, Rutter and Piroe will cause havoc if they can keep hold of them all.

no surprise, they have the base of a good team, just missing a few key players, getting Piroe was one of them

Such a shame we don't look like that......our players look as lethal....it's just hit and hope today

I'd rather have Leeds dropping points. Ipswich is not a threat. Southampton, Norwich and Leeds are our main threats for the Top 2 spots.

Im yet to be convinced by Southampton in particular their manager, Leeds are a basket case club and started poorly. Norwich are steady Eddie's but not going to be near the top 2. Ipswich may well be the biggest threat from all those teams and have the best manager in the league.

Not getting Piroe is quite painful.

With Leeds injury record, maybe it won't be long til he suffers one...

Think we’ll get enough from the lesser sides to go up in all honesty

Just a question of whether we step it up performance wise to really race ahead

7 points ahead of Leeds already is huge. This season seems like the most unfair season of the Championship ever in that the teams that came down are ridiculous. It's hard not to see the top 2 being 2 of those 3 teams, meaning that the remainder goes to the play-offs where anything can happen. So avoid finishing 3rd or below at all costs!

We have been OK, nothing special, but are still top. And I expect we will be able to do that in a lot of our matches this season and still win. If we start clicking we will coast it.

So far these grind wins in some ways are better for us than smashing teams because it's the nature of the division. You don't need to be 8/10 every match. You just need to be good enough consistently to pick up the required points. I think the way we play means we don't offer that many chances against us and do create chances ourselves. 2-1 every game gets us promotion!

Good start to the season for us even if haven’t looked convincing it’s all about getting the points on the board especially early doors. Leeds scored 4 today but could easily lose a few of the guys that scored today before the window closes see where everyone is around xmas time hopefully we are ticking along nicely still by then.

Surprising to see Birmingham and Norwich up there albeit after only 4 games. Rowe, for the latter, is on fire.

Middlesbrough and Sunderland struggling.

Norwich look very impressive, look at how they blew away a Huddersfield side that we struggled past.

I reckon they will be right up there. Southampton as well and Leeds will probably catch up somewhat after a slower start.

Surprising to see Middlesbrough and Sunderland struggling as much as they are.

Preston as well, didn’t pay much attention to the league last season but surprised they’re still unbeaten

I remember they were very solid at the back, wouldn't usually concede many, but also didn't score many. Getting Will Keane back may change that this season.

Think we’ve been very lucky in start we’ve had in terms of who we have played. Don’t remember 5/6 sides having 3 wins out of 4 in the championship very often. Think stronger sides have all had quite easy starts.

Think standard of league is considerably higher than dross we’ve played so far and beaten without looking very good. Cautiously optimistic for rest of season, but think other sides in division will be decent
