Man City away . Best performance of our premier league era . 6 pointer . Pivotal moment.  Peak kante .

Huth took plaudits kante was immense!

West Brom away great escape. Was watching a west end play with the misses on a big birthday. Streaming game on phone, Vardy scores late winner .

I can’t be bothered doing 1 to 5

However, that little tiki taka move with shinji and others that didn’t lead to a goal v Liverpool 15/16 …. Everyone remembers the Vardy lob (I remember screaming ‘square it you pr*ck”), but that tiki taka moment for me demonstrated how good we were and how we  deserved what we got

Still a bit raw for me this thread. I’m not sure I’m ready yet to be ‘looking back with fondness’ at the Premiership era. I’m still wondering why on earth we aren’t still in the Premiership!

Give it a few weeks, then I’ll be able to reminisce with the best of em.

But not yet tbh

2. Are you an ostrich?

3. All things Mahrez

4. Celebration pizzas for Ranieri’s RAF

5. Big Wes, a title trophy, an explosion of emotion

In no particular order:

Winning the League - the pinnacle of domestic football, best team in the country.

The 8 game winning run, 19/20 season including beating Southampton 9-0 - it felt like we were unstoppable on that run.

Winning the FA Cup - Can tell my grandkids that I was there when we won the ****er.

Jamie Vardy in 2015/2016 - for me he was the best striker in the world that season. If Erling Haaland had scored Vardy’s volley against Liverpool, the pundits wouldn’t shut up about it.

Being able to watch a team every week that has Ngolo Kante, Riyad Mahrez and prime Jamie Vardy in it. I’ve seen some shite play for us, so to genuinely have a team like that was special.

This is the type of Football BR was looking for but was never able to deliver. Only in his Dreams.

Honourable mention for the game that had us beating the defending Champions, getting their manager sacked and confirming that when Mahrez was in THAT mood, he was impossible to play against.

I was in such disbelief at the headline the next day I took a picture.

Despite Ranieri's style being considered pragmatic in the modern day, it shows how important confidence and momentum are in football. These players on paper were less talented then the title winning squad but look at what that team delivered for us.

And this ladies and gentlemen is how football should be played. Not boring sideways Rodgersball, fast progressive incisive movement with desire and ability.

Vardy goal vs Liverpool

Lifting the league trophy

5-3 vs Man United

FA cup win

The general fact we played in the Champions League on merit of being actual champions

I've a soft spot for when Mahrez put 3 Villa players on their arse

I'm not sure Rodgers ever saw us playing that way, that team was adaptable, could mix long a short balls, long range shots, crosses, headers. Rodgers mantra was very much pass it into the net, often we'd become stuck against a low block and have no idea how to get around it, Rodgers then insisted on going back to the defence,  a lot if teams worked if you pushed us enough we would cave in as we were soft or didn'thave the belief. To be honest Rodgers was 'lucky' with the platers that were already here, they did a job for him, during his time here the playing staff barely improved, yet he chucked them under the bus at the first opportunity. Man's a Charlatan.

I still carry around the ticket for that game in my wallet, not really sure why. That was definitely the game where I started to believe we'd actually do it.

1. Chelsea v Yids at the Local hero and the bonkers celebrations afterwards and at the KP.

2. Seville home..... Crazy atmosphere.

3. Bruges away for the whole novelty experience of the CL as well as the win.

4. Cup final win v Chelski at Oadby Town under a marquee with 300 other foxes.... Including Steve Walsh.

5. Legia Warsaw away to experience the loudest opposition fans in my 45 years watching footie. Spine tingling !

No order;

5-3 vs Man Utd. After the Di Maria goal I was terrified, but what an unbelievable come back. Vardy ended Tyler Blackett Man Utd career that day

2-3 vs West Brom in 2014, Vardy last minute winner

Mahrez vs Chelsea

3-1 vs Man City, the day people started taking us seriously

Vardy’s Party.

Added bonus, when we turned into Barcelona vs Liverpool, and Okazaki somehow doesn’t get a Penalty, I can’t believe how good the football was

edit, I read it as PL moments, so I’ve stayed just PL.

I totally agree 100%. Then when you add in the 250 Million or so he spent on players plus the awful Contracts he handed out.

He did really stitch us up.

I just hope the Club properly learn from it.

Whatever happens to us over the next few years, no club will ever experience what we did over that season as such underdogs. We can look back on 15/16 with immense pride.

In no particular order

1) United 5-3. Still the craziest game I've ever been to. Won't ever forget this one. Had a massive hangover and the feeling of the ground shaking when Cambiasso made it 3-3 nearly caused me to come

2) Man City at the Etihad in our title winning season. Pure dreamland and the first time I really thought it could be on

3) Vardy's volley against Liverpool. The audacity of it. It really did feel like it was meant to be

4) Vardy's goal at West Brom in the great escape. never seen celebrations like it. Still gives me shivers to think of it now

5) Mahrez giving Azpilicueta hell and Mourinho then getting the boot.

So many more to choose from. The trophy lift, Ulloa v Norwich and west ham, Huth's header v Spurs, Vardy's 11th heaven

What a few years they were!
