It's a serious abuse of power, the question of whether consent is freely given when he has the power to ruin her career if it isn't is a massive minefield 5
SouthStandUpperTier Posted 8 March 2024 Posted 8 March 2024 So is he suspended while this investigation is on going, or will he still be on the touchline for tomorrow's FA Cup QF?

But it's still wrong, it's not professional for him to do this. What would the other female players think about him if they knew, difficult working conditions aswell. Cropwellfox Posted 8 March 2024 Posted 8 March 2024 (edited) The club’s culture is rotten right through. 🤢 Absolute cesspit of complacency and entitlement Edited 8 March 2024 by Cropwellfox 3

Pita Posted 8 March 2024 Posted 8 March 2024 Leicester city are in a total mess both men’s and women’s. The management is shocking to let us get into so much trouble. Heads must roll. 1
Phube Posted 8 March 2024 Posted 8 March 2024 So are we saying no person may date another person if they have seniority over them at work? Maybe it’s written into their work contracts (though I doubt the men’s team have to!) or maybe they have to declare it. But I’m struggling to see this as a big issue?

It would be an abuse of his position as the team manager. It would be spectacularly unprofessional. He's twenty years older than most of them so it would be icky. It would call into question his ability to make disinterested decisions about who plays, or maybe even who the club signs. It would potentially be massively damaging to team spirit and morale. That's off the top of my head. 6

Sol thewall Bamba Posted 8 March 2024 Posted 8 March 2024 Wednesday had their spell and didn't capitalise. So that's probably that.
gurru991 Posted 8 March 2024 Posted 8 March 2024 It's totally unprofessional for a manger to have a relationship with one of the players. It affects the managers decision making process & the players will pick up on what's going on very quickly. This puts the club in a terrible position !!
st albans fox Posted 8 March 2024 Posted 8 March 2024 how crap is this I mean what the hell is wrong with some people ?

It's pretty common in most workplace to have rules against it.

SK3Blue Posted 8 March 2024 Posted 8 March 2024 And on the eve of the biggest game of the season too. Does make you wonder if something has come out of the Morgan investigation that has led to this. Rotten to the core it seems.
