JJ has played in a back 3 for us before and Kristensen has been used as a wingback for both his national side and Bologna last season.

 

This would allow JJ to tuck in, VK to bomb on and Bilal playing from the left to invert and play alongside Buonanotte as two 10’s. 
 

Seems like it solves 3 problems in one go. 

It then means we have no right winger (Ayew is not a winger) and we lose Mavididi on the left. He was a key aspect of our attack yesterday and combined well with ELK and Buonanotte. It just moves the problem to the other side.

Going to give him a shout out today as he was generally excellent (couple of silly fouls) and think he's been a little better in the past few weeks.

 

Watch today and even if you hate him, you can't fail to acknowledge that he's basically being asked to mark at least 2 players at once. That right winger is always tucked in. Need to find some way to cover that off a bit as even if Woyo comes in and is amazing, he'll get battered if we keep going like that. Crazy that it hasn't been fixed yet after 20+ games

Son was quiet second half. Was worried first half when he kept cutting in and Justin couldn't get a hold of him. 

 

But 2nd half was much better even when he was struggling physically.

If he has a year left on his contract (I think) I would keep him for the championship and then let him leave for free the next season
