He’s been in decent form in recent weeks, but this position was always our weakest one tonight without the Ndidi and Yunus options. He wasn’t great, but neither was the whole team performance. I thought our 4 wide players all had good games but Leeds deserved the win.

Onwards and Upwards (not that we can go any higher at the moment!)

Looks proper shite if I'm honest.

Means he'll probably go on to be successful at the highest level, like Harry Kane lol

Totally agree and to be fair I'm normally spot on when I judge players. I wrote Vardy off when he conceded a pen against Middlesbrough. I wrote kane off and said he's shite. I wrote Ricardo off against Bournemouth in his first season. So I'm saying Casadei will be the next Zidane

Disappointed in him today and wasn't impactful in any sense. Just ambled around. Not what we needed against opposition like Leeds.

Some of the fancy stuff he tried was stupid. Not the thing to try.

Midfield enforcements needed with Ndidi out.

Not really sure what he offers.

The more I see, the more I think hes just one of these lads that grew quicker than others his age so looked better than he actually is when playing at youth level.

He was one of many players who underperformed tonight.

Not sure why KDH seems to be getting away with doing his best to play that of a ghost tonight.

CC is clearly not what we all hoped for in the summer but some of the calls of Hamza starting ahead of him are knee jerk IMO.

Winks was absolutely right to bollock him on national TV.  He was the weakest link in midfield today by a country mile.  We absolutely miss Ndidi.

Saying to start hamza isnt knee jerk. You know what you will get, grit, determination, tackles, not pushed off the ball.  Cannot say the same at all for CC! Ndidi out but hopefully Yunus back and Praet training so depth will increase....

Just has to many things missing in his game to fit this system.

His positioning when the team doesn't have the ball is atrocious, quite often the teams press fails because he's floating around in the middle of nowhere not in a position to press the play

Agree with posts suggesting he's too lightweight and too easy to play against.

You can get away with that at times, but he was playing next to a KDH who went into hiding as he (rightly) didn't back his touch against the Leeds press.

Midfield our problem area still. We need N'didi back and in the meantime I'd give minutes to Choudhury.

If we only make one signing in January, I'd bet Enzo would make it a midfielder if he could.

Ok, so I didn’t dream that people were saying how 5hit Hamza was in the last match thread?

I am all up for saying Enzo got it wrong tactically and a more mobile Hamza might have been a better option as only KDH out of Vardy, KDH and CC seemed to have the mobility to press tonight.

But posts about Hamza starting as a 8 ahead of CC on a regular basis against a side who wouldn’t press us in the same manner like Leeds did is definitely knee jerk.

What did Winks say?
