As for making a peerage for him it just smacks of yet more sleaze which is rife in politics. On top of that he could only be in post for less than a year although he will still hold on to his House of Lords position.

They were never going to do anything about mental health, this government is actively trying to cut benefits of those with physical and mental disabilities. 2
