Nah, I can't see anything other than an utter paddling.  The sense that they've had their shot and it's time for a change is as strong as it was in 1997.

With the inflation news they will think this is their best shot. Tory spin was saying that the recent election results pointed to a hung parliament before this latest news. They will expect to push on and and get through with a lower majority.

NEVER underestimate Tory voters. When it comes to it, there is a cult of them that will vote blue no matter what. My Mum will never vote for anyone else regardless.

Quite the opposite in Scotland, if the polls are to be believed.

I can’t vote for either Labour of Conservative.

I’d like a viable 3rd option.

Anyone who doesn’t vote Labour in England votes Tory by default though, you’re voting Tory by not voting Labour unless you’re in a constituency where someone else has a chance. Rightly or wrongly there is only one choice to force them out

Varies by constituency, there will be those where voting LibDem is the better option if that’s what they want to achieve.

Free speech is free speech, but isn't the guy with a loudhailer creating a nuisance to so many people that he really shouldn't have the right to do that?

What rot!!

Apathy will win the day as I predict a very low turnout simply because folk are fed up to the back teeth with the malaise in our politics and can't be bothered.
