Langston Posted 10 February 2024 Posted 10 February 2024 You’d feel 80ft tall if you were Nelson now, not only a first league start but preferred over a bloke who cost a fair wedge and was playing for England as recently as 2022. Take your chance lad 3
FrankieADZ Posted 10 February 2024 Posted 10 February 2024 good team that considering we are playing again Tuesday 1
Popular Post Ric Flair Posted 10 February 2024 Popular Post Posted 10 February 2024 Odd that Yunus finally makes an impact and then gets completely ignored. Definitely don't want to commit to that permanent deal. Hopefully that midfield works today. 6
Noahfence Posted 10 February 2024 Posted 10 February 2024 Bit cornered about Praet. Hopefully he decides he wants to try today instead of jogging about 1

HighPeakFox Posted 10 February 2024 Posted 10 February 2024 I like Dennis Praet, but even I would have to concede I'd prefer Yunus over him given how invisible he often was against Swansea. 3
NaijaFox Posted 10 February 2024 Author Posted 10 February 2024 (edited) For the (morbidly ) curious, today’s opposing lineup… Ex-Fox Ben Hamer starts between the sticks for the Hornets. Edited 10 February 2024 by NaijaFox
RowlattsFox Posted 10 February 2024 Posted 10 February 2024 Nelson in the starting 11 and Alves on the bench. Great to see when there are more experienced options he could've chose. Not great for Coady though. I worry about the lack of Vestergaard in the middle when we are playing out from the back, don't really like Faes in the middle as his touch can be hit and miss. And it's a big responsibility for Nelson if he's in the middle.

RowlattsFox Posted 10 February 2024 Posted 10 February 2024 Unlikely with Enzo but could be a more traditional back 4 with Justin playing. He's definitely spotted a threat down the Watford right if he's gone Justin and Mcateer on that side.

Nelson’s ceiling is massive. Get him games now and he could be prem ready which will save us a lot of money. 1
FrankieADZ Posted 10 February 2024 Posted 10 February 2024 think we'll see Yunus start on Tuesday night tbh

Jonezy Posted 10 February 2024 Posted 10 February 2024 Interesting with Nelson over Coady. Would have liked Kasey in the middle and Praet on the bench, but Enzo knows best. 1
Swarles Barkley Posted 10 February 2024 Posted 10 February 2024 Looking at twitter looks like the RB is weak link for Watford. Fatawu on that side for that reason maybe

But if he still needs to impress as a free agent, he might show some motivation. He’s a skilled player for this league. 1
