I can only assume that rudders has a figure against soumare that he needs to hit to balance his spend.  So he won’t negotiate a move away because it screws up his psr numbers. It’s actually better for him to take a loan fee and some cover of his wages for our psr numbers - or at least it’s less of a hit to them than any actual deal he can actually make. 
 

if we miss today and then have turkey to fall back on then likely that will deliver even less than France cos they know we dont have any options

I really dislike Soumare. When he came.on against Spurs he just jogged around. No effort. Not interested. Happy to take the money. Will try and milk it until his contract finishes. I would not play him again. HC the better option as at least he seems to care and is mobile and puts his foot in.

Signed a promising looking player and he turned out rubbish. It's not the seller that's the issue, it's either the player, coaching or the scout in the first place.. maybe a combination 

 

That being said, with their window open a couple more days.. hopefully a Saudi team may be tempted and we can encourage him to go

Scouting incompetence and gross negligence. 

He's immature (not in a totally negative way) by the looks of it. Seems to just hate it here/homesick and struggles to motivate himself as a result. Goes back to mainland Europe and he's all smiles and action. Sometimes it just doesn't work.

Sorry I thought I was being clear when I meant selling players we don't rate. It's an art in which other clubs do much better!
