No one will pay a 4m loan fee 

however, it occurs to me that if he can spend the rest of his contractual time in Turkey then he doesn’t pay U.K. taxes. So we can surely work out a deal with a Turkish club that works for them , him and us (Monaco in that boat but it’s sailed )

Just get him gone, it's highly likely he goes on a free at the end of next season so just try and recoup all his wages if possible.
