How can we be that bad at negotiating, it boggles the mind. Muppets do not negotiate too well.

Noahfence Posted 30 August 2024 Posted 30 August 2024 Didn’t we block a loan move for him last season?
1972 Fox Posted 31 August 2024 Posted 31 August 2024 What a shambles of a club we have become. Players like Iversen, Ward and Soumare that we are stuck with and can't move on. We have become an absolute joke. Rudkin out. 3
JimJams Posted 31 August 2024 Posted 31 August 2024 I think Iversen would have gone had we not had Stolarczyk injured. But he is, so... 1

He said: “Leicester City slapped a big price tag on keeper Daniel Iversen on deadline day – and cost him a move. “Iversen had been available for £1.5m as his deal ran out and his first-team chances remain slim. “However when the Foxes had an inquiry on the last day that value hiked up to £4m and that put off buyers.”

Absolutely beggars belief how we operate, if this is isn’t Rudkin then it’s clearly a collective strategy but either way it’s shambolic and rank amateur. 4

For what it's worth it's one of the many things you have to have concerns about Cooper's football judgement on - P*ss poor 1
RowlattsFox Posted 1 September 2024 Posted 1 September 2024 To be fair I kind of get this. Clubs have had all summer to try and sign him. With Jakub out, we'd of had to find a keeper or have a youngster as 3rd choice. You bid on deadline day, expe t to pay more. Interesting that Iversen was on the bench yesterday now its confirmed he's staying. Unless ward picked up a knock I don't know about. 1
DerbyshireFox Posted 1 September 2024 Posted 1 September 2024 Ward was initially announced on the bench yesterday and then it was changed to Iversen. Either mistake on the team sheet put out, or Ward picked up a knock

The moment Stolarczyk got injured, Iversen was never leaving this window. The club couldn't leave itself with Ward as the only backup.
HankMarvin Posted 1 September 2024 Posted 1 September 2024 Dead weight just get rid of the players, could’ve taken multiple offers over last 2 years. Nah not good enough, in the meantime pay 2 years salary

shen Posted 1 September 2024 Posted 1 September 2024 I wonder if a move to Denmark is still on. Their window closes tomorrow. Not got a clue who'll have him, but realistically there's only 2-3 clubs that can afford his wages...
