Marchand on the turns is incredible :o

Duncan Scott up there with most underrated british Olympic sports stars? Great job again. He's lean but nowhere near as built as the other guys too.

8 Olympic medals. 2 golds and 6 silvers in one of the blue ribbon Olympic sports is fantastic.

And you wouldn't recognise him if you bumped into him in the street, which probably suits him just fine.

Brilliant.

Would it be cruel to say Shriever bottled that?

I think so. She didn't get the start she relies upon and was boxed out.

Can't understand just what happened, really bad start and just couldn't recover from it.

If you're not in contention at the first corner you've basically got no chance.

I thought this. Its fun but not one of the best competitions in the Olympics. Don't really understand what advantage you get from winning so many races yesterday lol although admittedly haven't followed it all.

Spoke really well in the post medal ceremony to Sharon Davies.

Sounds like he has a social conscious and talked up local swimming pools as places for people of all ages to keep fit physically and mentally.

Good guy 👍

could do without facing someone who was the first person to break a WR at this olympics. but you've got to beat the best to be the best, right!?!

Would be a massive surprise tbh, 99.9% of the time the womens Korean archery specialists only lose to each other. They're fearsome.

for sure. but that winning arrow in the last round with a partisan french crowd. was nerves of adamantium, insane stuff for a 16 year old.

I love it when you watch something like the archery and then it cuts to a distance shot that actually shows how far away the target it.  Mind-blowing the level of skill.  Even the trap shooting, one shot per target in the final and the gold medalist misses 2 from 50.  Insane consistency.
