I'm not a 'Cooper Out' supporter (I think) but could be persuaded if he does any more post match interviews like today.

Apparently we didn't have the luck today

I'd say we had quite a lot and were fortunate to only lose 2-1.

Blaming the referee all the time really pisses me off.

I'll go as far to say now he's the worse manager I've seen at Leicester

And ask yourself the question, how did we even end up with Cooper? Break it all down and then you might then find yourself closer to the truth.

Agree taking no ownership of the situation

Cooper isn’t the problem. He’s a symptom.  Shocking planning and management from the board has left us with a poor and expensive squad which we cannot trade.

How many on here go to games? Cooper has had less than 20 games (including friendlies) and we still need to average a point a game to stay up, which is achievable. That is ok for this type of season (stay up at all costs).

Alternatives are what? Potter (sh1te), Robbins (cooper downgrade), Moyes (Cooper 2.0 and the new Big Sam).

Stick with Cooper and back the boys. Blame the board.

He may not be the biggest underlying problem but that doesn't mean he isn't a problem, and it's quite a bit easier to solve the problem of the manager not being very good than it is to change the ownership or entire squad. I do back the team and I do largely blame the board but I also think that as a Premier League manager, Steve Cooper is not up to it and there's not really any point in perservering with him on the basis that the people above him also aren't.

I hope everyone who were being careful what they wished for are happy.

Nobody wished for Steve Cooper, what are you on about?

What did he say in the post-match interview?

The same things he's said in every other post-match interview since he's been here!

I haven’t been too any games this season, not sure what that takes away from me being able to analyse the game, I probably see more than someone sat behind the goal tbh

He really is tactically woeful he set us up to not to lose every single game. Sitting in until near the end of each half trying to nick a goal no wonder the players look pissed off.

Think LCFC have got a good record against Brentford away, and he knows (if he's still here) a win is desperately needed.

Being constantly reminded to be careful what we wished for regarding Rodgers, ultimately, in the long run, led to appointing Cooper.

Sack Rodgers sooner, probably no relegation, no appointment of Cooper.

But, good job those happy clappers, sat on their hands! (And despite all the pissing and moaning regarding Cooper on here, looks like they're doing the same this time - Not a murmur of discontent in the stands, not got it in us as a fanbase. Talk a good game of toxicity and protests though.)

We would be better off going for Michael Carrick his Middlesbrough side play good football, there are so many better managerial options out there than Steve Cooper.

Get that, and it is fair to challenge back. But who do you get in and can they work under Rudkin and co? The same problems remains with or without Cooper

That’s fair, but going to a game allows you to see everything and not just a highlights package. It’s not been great this season, but in spells we have looked decent. That shouldn’t be underestimated.

also, who do you get in?

last few games have been shocking. Fair. We don’t stay up because of games against Chelsea and United. We stay up because we take points from those around us. 5 points from the next 4-5 is achievable and puts us on track to stay up.

Enzo will pull off a master stroke of being in full control of the situation and running out 2-0 winners, but making it look like we've played well.

They get the 3 points and he tricks our very special DOF/Board into thinking Coopers doing a tidy job.

I was close :D

tbf a good number of us saw it coming, given how performances on the whole, his lack of changeling this up, even towards the end of the previous season before he got the boot

think there should have been a change in the summer before the season he went down, but the club dont think like that
