I don’t even know why I raised it as an argument, because I agree with you, there are much better options overseas!

Reading a certain paper in the pub earlier and they suggested Cooper could have got the England job if the FA had asked .

 

Basically because he managed at England youth level .

I’d forgotten about that. 😂 

He did however end up at Chelsea the following season and had them struggling below mid table when he was sacked. 
Yes he’s better than Cooper but not by a lot. I’d rather we looked abroad. 
Imo I think he’s overrated.

On one hand it says that our most likely final position is 18th with a 20.1% chance, however if you tot up the other figures it's also saying we have a 44.7% chance of relegation, so we're 55.3% on for staying up.

 

I mean I don't like it, cos I think these prediction computer things are a load of bollocks, but not sure what's not to like about what that's saying as it can be construed to mean different things.

It's gotten worse. 

 

The only thing he's won in club management since leaving Man City is one Turkish Cup. 

 

He hasn't kept up with the evolution of the game over the last decade at all. 

 

He'd be a really regressive bit of recruitment now.

When he signed for us a mate of mine said,  yes, turned up in a Amani suit.  Played, as if he still was wearing that same Armani suit woeful.

I think its neither, I dont put a lot of faith into these predictions and instead in actual results, but its one of those things some were clinging onto with their desperation for a brand of football to come back.

The problem with Cooper is you can say he was preferred at Swansea, did a good job at Forest but it's how he's performing with us now. 

 

I don't go into my appraisal and say how great I was doing 2 or 3 years ago - my employer wants to know the value I'm adding over the last 6 months. 

 

The only conclusion you can draw from all of Cooper's work so far and his continued application for the job is it is hugely sub standard.

 

The last game we won with a lot of good luck (which I appreciate you need) and was despite of the clown 

 

I appreciate we see things differently but seriously this guy is absolutely useless.

Great suits and luscious hair. Could reuse Enzo's espresso maker. Cooper strikes me as a extra shot caramel latte from Costa type of person.

Left to cool down for 30 mins before drinking. Wouldn't want to risk it drinking it hot.
