They’ve already dropped the equivalent of 7 nukes on Gaza in terms of explosive power (obvs not the radiation) in just over a year. Israel is ultimately America’s presence in the Middle East. While they have a strong Israel, they basically have free rein in the Middle East. Saudi is also interesting in the whole story. Their powers are shameful.

I’m not a moderator, but surely they remove it because such content has the potential to cause great anger and friction between users, as well as potentially leaving the site open to outside attack from people who don’t like what they read, on either side of the debate. Don’t treat it as a personal attack, or a declaration on either side. It’s just some poor b*stard trying to keep a football fan site running and not descending into deeply and emotionally held arguments that have frankly been raging for thousands of years without getting any closer to an answer.

 

Plus the potential for litigation.

Okay I understand this, and fair enough.

 

However, even on FT there is inconsistency in what is allowed to be discussed and what is not, so the broader point stands: always question things you are told you cannot question. I'm glad to see the public in many Western countries is starting to remove the wool from their eyes when it comes to Israel and Jewish interests.
