better than we have atm imo

NES is a Premier League calibre manager, even if quite a mid / low tier one.

Steve Cooper is not.

Brighton are one poor summer transfer window away from being bang in trouble.

Prior to today they had 1 defeat in 6, if they can afford to loan players of the quality of Buonanotte out. I think it will take a few more windows than one

Indeed. With a better managerial appointment, I'm not sure we'd be worried about relegation to be honest. Bring in Schmidt, Garcia, Hjulmand or Conceicao and we'd be more than fine.

Maddison should be playing for a tip 4 club, not this shite

No surprise wherever he goes becomes bottlers

If he went to Man City they'd probably fail to win the league for the duration of his contract.

When i watch a Postecoglou interview, i feel like i am a fly on a wall during a therapy session and i expect to hear that the reason spurs lost is because he doesn't think his mum loved him enough when he was 4.

Eyes to the floor, sounds so down and constantly dejected. That has to rub off on the players. He can't just be like that in front of the camera. Sad to say that i just don't think he's cut out for all this.

I find Ange Postecoglou a bit irritating even though a lot of people lap up his little schtick

I'll hold my hands up and admit I've done a 180 on Ange.

When he first joined Spurs I thought he spoke well and I was impressed but the way he treated Emma Saunders on Sky after the Arsenal defeat was appalling.

Just rude, arrogant and dismissive. His true colors are coming out and he clearly can't handle being under pressure.

Managers like him, BR, ETH etc are arrogant and dismissive because they lack communication and managerial skills. They simply don't have anything valuable and meaningful to say re tactics and football.

On the other hand there are managers like Hurzeler and Still always happy to further analyse tactically their games whether they win or lose.

As much as I don't like spurs ( who does?)But I think Big Ange would be a bit of a laugh to go to the pub for a few.

Maybe worth a thread of which couple of prem managers would you like to have a laugh in a pub with, and who you think would be a right mardy tw£t?
