Should be a sackable offence to even have him on the bench.

I can’t remember who we were playing when during a counter attack, under no pressure and with players running ahead, he stopped running turned around and passed the ball backwards. The stadium booed loudly if I recall. He should’ve been subbed straight away, never to play again just for that.

It was almost as good as his game against Palace. All the pre game nonsense of he will want to score against his old team, hold up play, wins fouls, horrible to play against etc. He got the ball on the right wing, turned 90 degrees and ran to the left wing, ignoring everyone ahead and gave the ball away for a throw in further back than he started.

I won’t miss his two wooden leg hobble and bull dog licking piss face after a ref doesn’t give him a foul for falling over.

What I don't understand is that he was lauded at Palace for his work rate, yet he is one of the laziest players I've seen. And that's even when cutting him slack because he has a more languid running style. Ghana must be totally screwed if he's their captain.

Distinct lack of motivation and not actually wanting to be here probably plays a part.

I imagine being older, slower and having less quality around him masking his deficiencies plays a part.

I remember him playing for Palace at the KP once. Thought he was a nothing player.

This always felt like a myth that was repeated as a cope to such a poor signing.  I never saw this actually come first hand. If true I’m sure it was Russia and Indian bots paid for by Palace to trick us.

I wish I was but look at our recent history of giving new contracts to rubbish. Thomas, Hamza and Vesty.
It wouldn’t surprise me if he gets a 1 year contract with these clowns.

I'm thinking 2 years with a 1 year option ... I mean let's make a proper job of it

I seriously hope there’s not a secret Harry Winks-style clause in his contract that we’re yet to find out about, or I’m going to start throwing hands.

Makes sense, there has been no discernible change in formation or style. We look like a harder working version of a Cifuentes team.

AI Slop aside, how nice would it be to have flags and banners along the top of the stadium that bring character and a connection between the fans and the stadium as opposed to that minimalist, corporate, soulless banner we have that runs around the ground.

Back in the Walkers Stadium days the banner that ran around the ground was much nicer with blue and white images of our history.

He’s a disgrace.

He’s offered nothing during his time with us and yet we still persist with playing him.
