Only this club would spend £10 million on a 2nd choice keeper when we already have 4 senior goalkeepers. If it’s even worse than that and we are planning to sell Hermansen, it’s finally time for heads to roll.

On the plus side, it doesn't look like Hermansen is going to Chelsea.

Please to see this. If we sell Mads for just 20m I’d be absolutely fuming..

If Cooper manages to drop Ricardo, Mavididi and Hermansen then we might as well not bother.

All we had to do was sign a KDH replacement, a striker and some young talent to supplement the squad.

Looks like Coops is looking to dismantle the positives within squad and replace with dross.  Somebody needs to nip this in bud- Top where are you????

makes no difference - he's on loan this season and i reckon they'd see him as a no 2 to begin with

for a much lower fee and if we are selling Ward and Iversen, I get it… but this seems mad

He signed for them a year ago for a bit under £2.5m… why don’t our aging players quadruple in value on relegation? 😂

That wouldn't stop Chelsea...

Luton paid £2m for him a year ago, he’s now 31, and he didn’t exactly set the world alight… looks like an awful deal, what are we doing :D

How did his one relegation season multiply his value by 5?

I don’t believe we are paying 10mil for the Luton keeper, five times what they paid a year ago, surely not.

He looked crap whenever I saw him. Made loads of errors

It seemed like he was contemplating giving Ward the starting role in preseason, but then realised he's too shit.

So if it's the keeper, he signs for Luton for approx 2.5m, gets relegated and we chuck in a bid of approx 10m? Sounds like a lovely bit of business

At what point do the authorities get involved for our transfer fees being off?

£25m for Spurs bench player Skipp

£5m for reserve player Golding

£5/8m for Ayew (almost 33, <1 year left on deal, taking a big wage off CPFC, should be a nominal fee)

and now potentially £10m for a relegated keeper, 4x up on 12 months ago, when we have many first team goalies.

Something is off

The name’s Rudkin, Jon Rudkin

Got Clough written all over it, hasn't it?

Edit

Trying to avoid hyperbole, but we are at the point  if we need to question whether Rudkin is well 😂

Knowing Nixon he’s probably overheard Cooper saying he wants to buy a mankini and has reported that the club are trying to buy Kaminski.

I’m not sure which of them things is more horrific, thank you.

In terms of skipp, palace have spent 30 mill for nketiah, napoli spent 30 mill for mctominay, carvalho also for 33 mill, and sep van den berg for 25 mill.  Any player that plays in top 6 is very expensive

Our DOF working out our finances so we can overspend on unnecessary players

Well then....that was a rollercoaster of a read!

Either way Alan Nixon hasn't got much of a clue, throw so much S**T at the wall and see what sticks.

To be fair he got Ayew spot on. I’m sure there was another he nailed this year aswell?
