Yes. It must be a really tough one for him, deciding whether to do an incredibly well-paid job in one place, or do exactly the same job somewhere else. I hope he has a good support network to help him through this exceptionally difficult period.

I think the club have been shrewd here (hard to imagine). We've sold enough to keep him and Fatawu. "We want to keep our best players". And the 'protect' line is a perfect excuse for not playing him.

 

In a few weeks we'll be over the moon if we've kept Fatawu, Bilal, Mavididi and Monga. These 4 will help us be Prem ready should we return. 

 

We need the window to close. Then we can build team identity. At the moment there is too much transfer drama.

They’ve all trained this week. I doubt any of them have refused to play. It will come down to whether Cifuentes thinks they’re genuinely up for it or not.

I know he’s disappointed but there’s nothing to say he won’t get an offer in January. It’s all part of the game. The best players refocus and reapply. He has to understand how important he hid to this team and its goals of promotion and his own potential to become the complete player. He needs a positive mental coach

I did initially think this and that's my go to approach with anyone being "ITK" on this thread...however I clicked on their profile and they said Page was starting last week early and that's not something anyone would have assumed going into the Charlton game.

Its not so much the reliability of their information,  but its when people say something like that, then purposely ignore any questions after it...

 

I mean she's been online since someone asked the line up, but totally ignored it.

 

Its just a weird sense of power thing we've all seen before on here, wouldn't bother feeding it.

I thought the club captain was in charge of the fines (based on manager direction) so the could have a good end of season party.  Makes the players respect each other. But if he wants out he's not at that party.

Why do you need to interrogate anyone?   if someone is good enough to share some info that some of us will find of interest then what’s the problem ??
