Just looking back at the past agreements with the aussie vamps... we've only ever secured against one seasons Premier League money

 

That note about "up to 2028" is definitely a significant change.


They've essentially borrowed circa £250m?

Wasn't questioning it, was trying to add some context for everyone else wetting the bed lol 

 

I'd say the other clue is the third charge is all about security against property including any new or changed property.

Big money to 'borrow'. 

Secured against TV money and/or parachute money. 

 

Do all clubs do this, or similar? 

 

Either it's for stadium costs or big transfer dealings to occur in January and/or summer. 

I'm guessing the former.
