I know psr is always close but do you think the club our pulling the wool over our eyes abit? And its now largely due to Top not wanting to release funds?

There will no doubt be some hedging in there, but they did sell rice (academy product which makes it even better) for over 100m last summer and were overall net profit. It will give them alot more wiggle room over the next 2 accountancy periods to take some risks and spend some money.

Where as we will likely have 2 championship seasons so our allowable losses will be significantly less and given we still have a top 10 wage bill we are a bit buggered.

We've already got Kasey McAteer, we don't need another league one/two player with fight. We really need genuine quality.

2 loans and 1 purchase could save our season with how sh1t the other teams are doing aswell. 
 

Loan 2 players from abroad slightly out of favour at top top clubs that need wages off the books. And means we only need to buy 1 players.

Jaap stam as coaching staff who has recently said on his podcast that if Ruud calls he would be very open in coming to help. Genuinely don’t know anything about from a coaching standpoint.

Centre half and a striker is a must. Not bothered about wide men as would like us to go 3-5-2 for rest of season and literally win the ball and counter quickly.

Completely agree pal was just about to suggest him as well, can play anywhere across the attacking 3 positions is on a 4 year deal with Watford and only joined in the summer but reckon we could prise him away for £5m

Watford are very good negotiators, probably be £10-12m but we'll worth the punt.

Given his age and the fact he is relatively untested, only played a handful of games for Celtic and has played 18 games for Watford, I think £5m upfront, plus performance related adds on of a further £2.5m and a sell on % of any future profit would be a decent deal for both parties, in my opinion.
