I think you'll find it was a point gained rather than nothing.

Technically yes it's a point gained, but when it further papers over the cracks, it's not a gain in the bigger picture

We weren't lucky. It was a good PL game that could've gone either way.

Sometimes the opposition justbscire a good goal out of nothing and they did. But they weren't good enough to hang on. They panicked. We didn't

It was a very poor quality PL game

i doubt the tactical battle stimulated stryder

It won’t be remembered long in the memory - only our fans for the added time equaliser

You can tell that 99% of the scroats on this board, don't go to the game.

I bet the 3000 fans who went Ipswich today are absolutely buzzing.   Crucial late goal against a key rival.   I bet they were singing in the stands and as they poured out into the street.

This board?   mostly full of 100's of miserable, negative messages.

So what? If I was there I would be also celebrating like crazy the late equaliser and I did it at home. Are you really questioning our dedication to the club? If you're Cooper in just express your opinion, give us the reasons and we can discuss it politely.

There's every chance with 11 men the pattern if the game would've been similar - albeit a much greater risk they'd have got a second on the break..

I texted at half time that they might run out of puff. Second half was cagey as they knew they couldn't keep up that intensity from first half.

Really good value game. Neutrals would've enjoyed it.

The comments about the lack of creativity are more to do with the set up than the individuals.

Point being, we've scored in every game.

Don't get me wrong it's down to chance conversion but I didn't see many pissing and moaning in 15/16.

While the media and Tottenham fans were wanking themselves silly over possession, XG and Kane, we were embracing our chance conversation.

This. The problem is at the back but we're not the only ones facing defensive issues. I don't think the modern defenders are intelligent enough to operate as a proper defensive unit. Even top rated teams in Europe have major issues at the back.

That and Cooper not having a clue who to pair up in defence is also the problem

Disagree. It was a tight, classic November game where stakes are high and a singke goal was gonna decide it

Man City v Liverpool,.it weren't. But thoroughly enjoyable.

First 15 minutes okay, and then the last 15 minutes okay.

Papers over the cracks that goal, but it was another honking performance. No ideas, no tactical plan, no inspiration nothing. Had Ipswich had ten men on the pitch, they probably would have held onto that.

Cooper is dog shit and he absolutely has to be sacked. We’re going nowhere, there’s nothing to be hopeful about other than scrappy football.

One presumes Ipswich were no better? Massive point 8/9 wins required

Interested what the Soumare haters are saying.

If he looks like he wants to be there and plays like that, great. We paid a fair wedge for him.

Thing is, 95% of the time he's been wank.

Because they're masters of their own downfall, playing in a nonsense way, but apparently it's 'sustainable'.

True. I was about to write about this new "modern" style of play which these defenders can't obviously follow and implement perfectly. A lot of goals every weekend are a result of this kind of mistakes by the defenders trying to play from the back.

Why do you lower yourself by being disingenuous and name calling fellow supporters of Leicester City?

It really does nothing to enhance your position or argument.

Shows again how cooper is inept in playing us picking the right team wanting us how to play and everything what is really about us at the moment he needs to go and we need to get in someone who can turn our form and luck around !

Negatives: frustrating that we couldn’t get the win. There is still a worrying lack of consistency to our play and we never have games where we look ok for 90 minutes. It’s difficult to be optimistic and positive about Cooper, when the games feel so ugly. The better results still leave you with a feeling of dissatisfaction that we were never in control of the game.

Positives: A goal every game demonstrates we must be doing something right. We aren’t playing with the complete lack of endeavour we had under Rodgers and that might help us to nick the extra points we need sometimes. The 2 points taken off Ipswich are as vital as the 1 we gained. At least we haven’t let Everton, Southampton, Crystal Palace and Ipswich beat us. We’d have found a way to do exactly that under Brendan

does going the game give you same extra perspective rather than watching on the telly? Because I don't think you need to have been there to have worked out that we were being over-run after the first 15, right up to the sending off, because without that Ipswich would have been sure to get their first win.

Furthermore, some can't afford the prices or refuse to pay them, but those with a season ticket, it doesn't make you some sort of super fan, especially when majority of those that do go, sit there and contribute to a poor atmosphere, and then leave at 80 minutes
