Everton

This is what I've heard from someone who's knows a close relative of Moyes - that he's waiting for the Friedkin Group takeover to approved and hopes/expects to be offered the Everton gig.

Potter didn't want the job at the beginning of the season where he could have built the team for himself from the get go. No chance he wants to take on an already assembled team of misfits spiraling towards relegation.

I'd take Van Nistelrooy but i don't think he'll want to be sat in the Championship next season.

Van Nistelrooy would probably insist on a break clause if we went down, which I’m sure we’d happily agree to.

Ben Dawson. Our best coach.

Alcock is GK coach but he’ll be gone soon as he’s Poopers man.

Andy Hughes set piece coach.

Never heard of Andy Hughes but anyone who's remotely involved in our set piece's needs sacking immediately.

RVN is being chased by us and HSV.. I'm not sure why he'd think he can do better. Otherwise a crap 2. Bundesliga team wouldn't be in for him.

We need a manager jumping up and down, shouting at refs, kicking the bench, shouting at our bench players when other players make mistakes etc. So it's a big no for RVN, Moyes, Corberan.

I really don't think the lunatic manager approach works. Players soon grow tired of it.

I just want a manager who understands the game & can adjust tactics to suit the game being played.

My mood is receding after yesterday's high.

Unfortunately this seems to happen after we sack a manager more often than not

Matt Gaetz is out of a job and he's foreign

Don't let him near the youth team.

He'd try to put Seaman in the ladies' U18s. Allegedly.

Why are people trusting bloody Ruudio Leicester? What the **** do they know, might as well trust random twitter rumours.

Club would have thought about this and prepared a bit after learning the FFP news.

Potter will be top of Tops list no doubt, ticks the boxes. Suspect its true that we didn't get Potter because he wanted his unavailable backroom team. Potter still was in the running when we were a ****ing mess odds on to be relegated remember.

I don’t trust radio Leicester but a lot pointing to it not being potter. Shame I want potter

If true that Cooper was appointed based on Rudkin, we could see a Thomas Cromwell style fall from grace.

(one for the History fans)

Is this a roundabout way of suggesting Rudkin is close to cancelling Christmas?

That's Oliver Cromwell... Thomas Cromwell I'm on about. Arranged the marriage of Henry VIII to Anne of Cleves, all went tits up when she arrived and he thought she looked like a horse. Next thing you know Cromwell's being dragged out to Tower Hill to lose his head!

Cooper's Anne of Cleves in this analogy...

They are much bigger than us.

they move into a 60k stadium next year which will be full every week.

the last time they played below the top tier was many decades ago

they’ve won nothing since 1995 but they have a much larger fanbase than we do

Equally as big as Liverpool, United, Celtic, and all the big ones. Just very very poorly run, they will fill there new ground next season whatever league they’re in.

I know you’re right but purely based on your FoxesTalk name I want to ask you if this is true or whether it’s something you’ve just pulled out your arse?

How long until we get the headline "RUUD AWAKENING" if he turns out to be shit?

Probably Saturday evening

To be honest the BBC wouldn't sound out one name unless they were sure, RVN was the main point of discussion tonight on the football forum like they had inside information. For me if it is lets get him announced tomorrow and get him working and down the training ground, as lots to be done and sorted. Wouldn't be confident going into the next two games without a manager at the elm.

The timing seems a bit weird.  If the board were thinking of ejecting Cooper and didn't have anyone lined up, then the beginning of the international break would surely have been the time? Not us though, we wait until one game after the break then get rid.  Common sense would suggest that conversations with potential replacements may have been taking place during the break, in which case an announcement should have happened?  Not us though.

I wonder how long it's going to take? The last couple have taken around 2 weeks which os 3 more games.

We need someone in very soon.
