3rd fewest goals conceded last season which says a lot when there were 3 genuine Premier League sides down there

Sitting 6th right now with no senior CBs or striker available to him. His defensive record is rock solid, the exact thing we need, not David Moyes who couldn't keep a CS last season to save his life.

hes done really well by all accounts at WBA, given the complete crap show theyve been behind the screens in terms of transfer embargos etc

Its a huge positive that he seems arsed again, but this is weird. I don't want the owner to have a major input in recruitment. I want him to hire a competent DoF / Head of Recruitment to do that job.

For me in order of people we have actually been linked with however I’m also aware that some are already ruled out: 

 

1.Potter

2.Corberan

3. RVN

4. Moyes

5. Carsely

 

Ruud is big risk but it could work. Who knows. Would be nice if he brought someone really really exprerienced with him in his team.
