they get longer contracts than elsewhere 

some have direct access to the owner

they work in a lovely modern facility away from fans

 

Its not hard to see why some players don’t have a bad word to say about us.

We are on the 24th of Jan. We've signed one player. We have no links apart from the odd "monitoring" rubbish. Okoli is in tears. Facundo wants Brighton to save him. Coady believes it is all fine just proper bantz and we are on the verge of the 8th straight defeat. 

 

Sean of Enderby and Indykalia are our only hopes to keep this season going.

I think it's clear that Ruud needs to be backed.

 

He's the only one that seems to want to change anything, and if he's seeing fightback from the players, then tbh I think that's a good sign. 

 

As has been said, the culture needs to change, and we can't keep getting behind the players everytime there's a rift between them and the managers.

 

Someone needs to get through to them, and if the fans start chanting for him instead of them, it might help him get through to them.

I mean, he's got every right to be frustrated if he's been mislead about transfers (like we've done to other managers)...

 

...but he'll use that to divert attention away from the absolutely horrific job he's done here as manager.

 

Only reason he's got a job still is because we're ran by chimps and have no money to get rid.
