I think it's called sarcasm, the closest we have come to scoring in 4 months!

I assure you it wasn't sarcasm. There was genuine delight from loads of fans in the kop.

They would all trade the last 10 years of success at their clubs for our last 10 years. Who cares what any away fan thinks.

Yeah OK but I certainly don't enjoy the club dining off past glory to justify today's shitness .. its not acceptable

Oh 100%. Still drives me mad when they play the video that shows us lifting the prem trophy and all the fans still applaud it. One of the main reasons we are in the mess we are in.

Can someone explain why Leicester fans were applauding when Barnes scored? Like what was your thought process? Genuinely don't understand why

I like Harvey Barnes and haven't seen a goal in 500 years, I clap.

Sorry but the squad could be league 2 standar, 12+ hours with no goal is beyond bad. Imagine lower league Leicester had 10+ cup games against various prem teams, we don’t just not score a single goal. Losing is in a way understandable with our muck, having 2.8xg with 21 goals shipped and none scored in 12 hours is genuinely impressive

His record is literally already a thrashing. Although it would very much seem to be part of his character for him to only care about his own record. Lapped it up when he won, doesn’t even thank the fans for coming when he loses. We were supposed to be a stepping stone for him but have ended up sinking his career.

His formations, coaching and team selections are awful. There are not patterns to his play and he clearly can’t instil any passion. He will not have any success as a manager, ever. He is dire at both coaching and tactics.

He has a squad of players, the majority of which don't care, i think whoever he put out, whatever formation would end in the same result. We needed major investment in January and we didn't get it

And by the way show videos of our great escapes not videos of  our success 👍  we where in a relegation battle 😀  in case the club didn't realise

However crap RVN is, and he is really crap, let's not forget that once again we have a manager that has clearly been lied to over transfers, same with Enzo, same with Rodgers. KP, Whelan and Rudkin are a joke.

Also has had zero backing for back room staff too.

Both fair points.

As much as I think he’s crap, KP strikes again.

And there, in one post, is the perfect example of a happy clapper.

Not at all.

Just not a fan of a club which is financially in the shit blowing money on managers rather than addressing the real problems.

No decent manager is coming to us.

We might as well give time to someone who has accomplished something in football rather than gamble on some other chanoionship/league one chancer.

So tonight he showed how he is the biggest charlatan to ever be employed at our club. Between 39 and 47th minute not once did he or any of his coaching team appear in the technical area no leadership no encouragement no guidance nothing. Game over he enters the pitch hugs and congratulates all the Newcastle players no recognition of his own except a brief tsp on the back of Monga. No recognition of the few fans who remained. He did this twice against Man Utd and no respect for our fans at Man City. Forget all our other failings this turd needs to go now and for good for these offences alone.

They are clearly not doing anything in the week on that performance.

But, who employees a manager and then doesn't let her m bring in any coaches? Who then allows the club to break the record for worst runs of home matches in football league history, who has won one in what ever embarrassing total and yet doesn't seem to do anything about it.

Utterly embarrassing

I have no doubt he will be gone today, mutual consent, and leave with the pay off he would get on relegation, it’s just fast tracking the inevitable, he actually said the words now is the time to do what’s best for the club.

He will accept a reduced pay off to get out now. At least gives the club time to start approaching managers in readiness for the new gaffer to start as soon as the season finishes.
