Do you not put a clause in a managers contract to say if you lost this many when we sack you payout is half ? It seems fair if you're that utterly crap that you don't get a lovely wedge.

We don't have to pay him off. Just keep him on the payroll.

I don't actually think Dyche could do anything with this squad, he needs tough defenders who can defend, we simply don't have that, we have defenders who can pass it 5 yards and point at someone else when they **** up.

I was willing to give him a chance but I'm now convinced he's out of his depth or, if we're being kind, not suited to the circumstances. Sacking him shouldn't cost too much as he didn't come with loads of staff. As we're pretty much doomed, I think we need to plan for next season by bringing in an upcoming Championship manager, like Rohl, to replace him ready for next season back in the EFL.

I honestly think he’s gone if we get smashed today. How can any Premier League manager survive eight losses in a row? That would match our worst ever run. Some of his decisions are driving me mad too. refusing to change the formation, sticking with JJ even though he’s been awful, starting Vardy every week when he’s 38, and picking Ward against Wolves. The squad’s poor, director of football is poor, the recruitment is poor, and that's why we're in this position so i sympathise to a degree but the guy has not done himself any favours.

Yeah the squad is shite but the tactical and in game management side of it is going very similar to Cooper for me

Fair play to Ruud, just looked like it was going to be the same as every week. 

 

The one thing that was different today was we fought hard and dug in, something we haven't really done with him in charge, it's been very passive.

 

Perhaps all the press leaks of him kicking off all over the place has made everyone have a long hard look at themselves. Either way well done, I'll gladly eat my humble pie calling for a formation change.
