yes its all good saying "overaction central" but that was a BAD 1st half with 0 shots on target....

we are lucky its still 1-nil...

if we put more effort in and be positive and its still 0 shots on target then fair play to them but at the moment its not re-assuring anyone, more effort is needed. Maybe Ruud cant get this with the players he has on offer but at the moment its not great.

We deffo need a recruitment boost in Jan as I dont reckon Ruud can do his job with what we have currently got.

Skipp has been an underwhelming signing .

I think if any piece of business screams Steve cooper it was this.

We didn’t need the position to begin with, so it really seems like that’s a specific manager request. we drastically over paid and he’s just not got anything special about him.

Don’t get me wrong, all clubs need someone like him, but when we’ve already got winks and ndidi, it’s just a poor bit of business.

Facundo for Hamza or even Faes to get a grip on the Ball.

Backs to the wall screams bringing Faes on for his defensive prowess.

Can’t believe Skipp got a yellow for his challenge and Bruno blatantly dives and leaves a high boot on Mav and gets the same outcome. This ref is out his depth

As bad as the Ref is Var is even worse when it's supposed to correct mistakes.

What do you mean, mate?

Just saying that with everyone fit and not suspended, Hamza is at most 4th choice (With a following wind). That we should not spend money on someone who is 1st or 2nd choice to save us having to play Hamza just for these occasions. Maybe that is what we tried to do with Skipp  lol

I think we’ve limited them to little clear chances other than when Isak went through. We’re giving up possession way too earlier

easily. really want Hamza to prove me wrong but when in possession he offers very little and is a problem for us

To try and keep us as compact as possible were having to play an extremely narrow midfield when defending and then we have little to no options to break. It's a big problem.

We gave Spurs £20mil for a player who is at the same level as Hamzah Choudhury. Absolutely honking transfer.

I would pretty much guarantee Skipp was signed for the price that Tottenham owed us for Maddison.
Fearful over FFP and no money to spend in the summer, probably thought this would be a decent deal.

He runs, a lot, but that is it. Transfers since winning the league have largely been dreadful. Like a lot of transfers recently he is championship standard.

I think some of you need to be a bit more realistic...we are battered by injuries at the moment, getting used to a new manager....

There is more of a plan than ever before and Ruud isn't afraid to change things and they showed some fight at the end of that half....

It's 1 goal....get behind them instead of moaning!

What's funny? Barring Mads, Buanonotte, Bilal and Vardy whose premier league quality?

Could understand if we were in Southampton's position, but we're not.

We’re going to have to shothouse another result somewhere. A little unfair on Hamza really seeing as it’s his first full game. We’ve got to play more together to get anything here. Bring on Facundo for Kasey and see if we can magic something up.

We go from one extreme to another on here……..

Our best CM isn’t available, Skipp and Hamza are no where near good enough…… so naturally this will cause us problems, which it is….

Always hope when only one goal in it. Daka and their high line could be one way into it.

Yes possibly, but we just dont have the options on the Bench.  In midfiled he might surprise a few people with less pressure on him.
