Not even going to let this game ruin my Boxing Day.  Will keep oblivious to it, check how many goals we got thrashed by tomorrow morning, shrug my shoulders and carry on with my Christmas.

This club isn’t going to ruin any more of my time

Wish I wasn't going to this....

You don’t have to 😂 don’t ruin your day, and waste your time, effort and money to watch us get buggared like Jordan in the early 2000’s…..

Funniest part of the thread is the Everton fans trying to tag along because some of our fans (weirdly) sang about Boris Johnson a few years ago. Famously the most racist fanbase in England up into the early 2000s.

Yep. Traditionally an absolutely vile fanbase, very fond of mocking our city‘s Asian population. It seems they have short memories.

Definitely the most sensitive city in the UK, happy to dish it out though. God knows where they get their reputation for having a great sense of humour from.

Liverpool is hands down one of the most intolerant cities in the UK. The socialist stuff is a smokescreen

In their defence most Liverpudlians I know don't buy into the Scouse exceptionalism. I think the People's Club stuff is just marketing for non Scousers.

My Gran was born in Liverpool which I never knew until she died. Was like finding out your dad is Darth Vader.

The whole city prides itself on this faux socialist morality as though they're a city of Robin Hood types who eschew the selfishness of the rest of the country.

The worst racism I've heard at football was probably at Anfield and large sectors of the city are full of criminals who aren't redistributing wealth.

And the helicopter signals some of their fans did last time they were here, for which they got arrested……. So, they should probably pipe down.

There must have been clues, surely.

Phlegm where it shouldn't be?

Offers to mind your car for a quid?

Trips to the shops in dressing gown, slippers and curlers?

Cilla Black albums?

Lots of Liverpool fans have little sense of humour, and a self righteous attitude.

Scouse privilege.

It's definitely inverted snobbery.

Spot on and the word eschew is fantastic, I'm going to shoe horn it into a sentence at some point soon.

They’re definitely an incredibly arrogant,, over rated bunch with a collective persecution complex.

it’s a shame we’ll be so meek and crap tonight

We have quite a few scousers in our company. I've always found them great fun, full of energy and always game for a night out. But no self awareness at all. Criticise anything (no matter how minor) about their city or their club, and you are for it. I've had the 'Leicester fans are the worst who ever visit' a few times, but i've also heard that about many other fans as well.
