Popular Post adejo92 Posted 6 January Popular Post Posted 6 January Start the first team so that we can get knocked out and concentrate on the league. Start the youth players vs Palace to try and get 3 points. 1 8
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 6 January Posted 6 January Like others have said we must be pushing our academy players in games like this Monga Alves Cartwright etc
hejammy Posted 6 January Posted 6 January First time in quite a few years I can say that honestly, I just can't be arsed with this one. I normally love going to these cup games with my son, but both of us are really just meh about this one. Sad really, the club needs to do more to get the fans back to being connected with the club. 1

Mike Oxlong Posted 6 January Posted 6 January I got offered a free ticket to this game but concluded that the cost in petrol and time made it sensible to decline 1

Lako42 Posted 6 January Posted 6 January I just can't imagine paying to watch us outside of my ST atm. I'd rather stay at home and do jobs ffs 4
adejo92 Posted 6 January Posted 6 January Genuinely would not leave the house for this even if the club paid me.
Popular Post Sol thewall Bamba Posted 6 January Popular Post Posted 6 January A rare positive post from me, but the atmosphere should be a little better in SK1 for this. Cup games are usually pretty good as people who have bought actually want to be there, instead of just going because they feel they have to. There's a hundred or so left in there for anyone that fancies actually enjoying themselves. 7

Take the kids and they will HATE it and never want to go again!!! WIN WIn for the pocket long term!!! 2
AjcW Posted 6 January Posted 6 January I'm going because i'm taking a friend and their son to their first game. That's the only reason though In all seriousness I really hope Ruud uses it as an opportunity to look at our youngsters that he's spoken so fondly of since joining. If we lose it's full focus on the league, if we win it's a nice respite from the absolute horror that has been the last 5 games. I'll try my best to enjoy it 1
Popular Post bovril Posted 6 January Popular Post Posted 6 January Find the jeopardy of cup games more enjoyable than the depressing slow grind of trying to stay in the PL. Nice distraction from the league season and as others have said should be a decent atmosphere with more people who can't usually get to league games. I kind of understand the indifference to the club at the moment but it's FA Cup 3rd round weekend, best weekend of the season. 6
Free Falling Foxes Posted 6 January Posted 6 January (edited) I'm taking my grandson to his first ever match for this. Is there anyway to buy a good old fashioned paper match ticket? Something he could have as a keepsake. Edited 6 January by Free Falling Foxes

Just trying to convert more south notts kids to leicester , we were doing well during the title phase and champions league, but all the forest kits are back out at the park now Mates a Preston fan and his son isn’t fussed yet, just loves playing football for now. 1

If so I wouldn't bother going mate - the Edouard debacle has tipped the Leicester folk over the edge and I would fear for your safety. 2
Larry_LCFC Posted 6 January Posted 6 January Can see it being a tiny attendance. Bad enough having to endure the games we've already paid for 😭🤣
