I wouldn't blame him. It might be for the best to try and get Top to realise what a shambles we are with the current decision makers. But I think they're all too far up each others arses to see it

It'll all depend on what promises were made but I don't think he will. It would be bad for his career to walk away from the two jobs he's had.

I wouldn't blame if he did, would you ?

The club is an absolute shambles, what lies has he been told by Top & Co, i mean it wouldn't be the first time the  manager hasn't been told the full truth in the last few seasons is it !

PSR /FFP , NO signings on the horizon when clubs in and around  are already getting players in for the next run of games after the cup . Much like last season it really is Shit or bust time again, stay up this season in our first season back is priority so we have to take a risk and play devils advocate with the rules and spend like Florist did in their first season back up, go down and we are well and truly fukked for a good few seasons i think. EFL will hammer us with a points deduction, transfer embargo as well i expect .

People can blame Rudkin all day long, but ultimately its TOP who is letting him do it time and time again ..... Time to sell up its getting beyond a joke !

I hear Elon Musk is looking to buy Liverpool but they’ve told him to Fuch off they’re not for Sale maybe he can turn us into a giant 😉!!

On a serious note tho the blame lies with Rudkin as I’m sure Top has given Ruskin full sway when he’s not in the country and many wonder how much he’s actually telling Top especially with the Edoured debacle wasting £8.5m on a bench warming failiure ?

If it does turn out he was lied to here though, he'd be warranted and have enough justification for it.

How come he walked out from PSV? Fell out with hierarchy or players, or both?

Where is the evidence he's been lied to? Perhaps, just perhaps he's taken on the job with a long term view and has been told that barring a disaster it's his for a few seaons. He's working with the staff we have, I mean if that's not a sign we're working on a tight budget, I don't know what is. I'm pretty sure staff would have been discussed right at the start.

He spoke to Maresca who gave us a glowing review, which hardly paints the picture of him being unhappy like some would like to suggest.

He's not going to walk away and then shit all over the people that hired him as it marks him out as a bad apple in the industry.

Remember we are well ran and very lucky to have the ownership that we do.

However unlikely - if Elon Musk does in some bizarre world look at us - I would walk away from this club - the guy is a disgraceful - yet ingenious - human being

Debatable, these days

So, according to some people, the club lied nefariously to Enzo Maresca.

Ruud Van Nistelrooy, a friend of Enzo Maresca, has openly stated that he spoke to his friend - our previous manager - before accepting the job.

And yet these same people think we managed to successfully sell the same nefarious lie to Ruud?

Grow up. He's a football manager with a very limited CV who left his last permanent job under a cloud and for whom the LCFC job was an absolute god send. He's not going on anywhere, his other offer on the table was in the German second division (at a club infinitely more financially batshit than us, who isn't just handcuffed by legislation but actually has had major financial problems.)

Even if he was pissed off, managers don't quit. Enzo left when he got a brilliant job earning more, Rodgers milked it til he was sacked with an enormous payout. There's no incentive for Ruud to just casually walk away at the first sign of difficulty, it would torpedo both his career and his bank balance.

Seriously. This hysteria is getting stupid, some of you need to go touch grass.

I mean, he literally has done it before, for exactly these reasons. Whether he'd do it again remains to be seen, but it's not like he hasn't got previous.

People must wake up and think hmmmmmmm let me think what mass hysteria I can create today.

Disagree, personally I think it shows good morals. Assuming the reasoning is legitimate. He'd be walking away from good money. Rodgers was happy to milk us and put in the minimum effort (i.e. turning up to matches and training and doing interviews)

Manager's get sacked, they rarely, if ever just walk. Why ? Because they'd lose millions in their pay-off.

He's going nowhere.
