Is Woyo eligible?

Below is from the press conference yesterday

Coulibaly available?

“Today he wasn’t able to train with the team yet because we are finalising the paperwork. If he can train tomorrow, we will see. We’ll see if we can get him involved in the game on Saturday.”

Fulham are so well coached that I simply cannot see them not beating us comfortably.

Really unfortunate against West Ham to not win, let alone lose that game. They're better coached with better players. And yet here we are looking at it as a must win.

They made a lot of mistakes and gifted them goals. I'd be surprised if they were so generous again...

And we can't finish currently.

Should maybe have got a point at the Cottage, our trajectories have been in different directions since, don't see us bridging the gap, but god I hope so.

Why oh why does it take us forever to get the paperwork over the line or a transfer?  Shambles.

On the WYS podcast they reckoned that the 'paperwork' mentioned was player insurance (hence why he couldn't train). Supposedly Rudkin lost his log-in details to confused.com and it took a few days to sort out.

We're far too open and concede too many chances. Soumare and Winks don't offer enough protection. Skipp is a very limited player but maybe you just ask him to sit in front of the defence and run around to at least put some pressure on their attackers in that area. Defensively there are limited options to change things - I'd bring Okoli back in but he wasn't even on the bench on Wednesday so that seems unlikely. I'd give Daka a go for this and ask him to bust a gut pressing for 60 minutes before getting Vardy on.

Acknowledging that we're going to sacrifice a bit of creativity, but hoping we can be a bit more solid, I'd go with:

                   Jakub

Justin Vesty Faes Kristiansen

     Soumare Skipps Winks

     Buonanotte Daka Bilal

Shows how far backwards we've gone when we have no hope against ****ing Fulham. Always seen as an expected win in the past, we now don't stand a chance. Sad times.

lol  After yesterday’s results we are no worse off. Win gets us (temporarily) out of relegation zone. Got to go for it.

I think Wolves had the best midweek simply because they had the hardest fixture. In a weird way I think their fans would've taken that outcome because Leicester, Ipswich, Everton and arguably even Southampton lost fixtures they could've taken points in.

Southampton the only ones to score of the five. What a truly honking bottom five it is.

We'll start well, Vardy will run around and do pretty much everything other than find the net, Mavididi will try the same trick Vs the same defender for the entirety, Buonanotte will be on the bench and Fulham will come out second half, lubed up to fvck, and absolutely jack hammer us up the arse.

Gotta love Match days.

Which records can we break this season?

Fewest league points in a season (3 points for a win) – 28 (from 38 games), Premier League, 2001–02)

Fewest league wins in a season – 5 (from 42 games, First Division (old), 1977–78) and (from 38 games, Premier League, 2001–02)

Most consecutive league defeats – 8 (17 March 2001 – 28 April 2001)

Most consecutive league home defeats – 5 (3 January 1959 – 18 March 1959)

Worst Director of Football in Premier league history?

On March. Day I’ll predict a 2-1 win and for about 30 mins that may look on the cards.

At around 60 mins we’ll go 1-0 down, I’ll think we have time to turn it around and still meet my prediction,

For the next 30 mins we wont do very much but BDR and Daka will come on.

Around 80 mins we’ll concede a second and I’ll decide I don’t want to watch Match of the Day.

The end of season awards could be interesting – perhaps we need a change for 2024-25

1.      Worst player of the season

2.      Worst performance of the season

3.      Shittiest individual piece of defending

4.      Most sideways passes

5.      Highest number incomplete passes

6.      Most shots off target

7.      Danny goalkeeping “aWard”

Certain you think of others

3 nil win.

Bobby DCR to score 2. And Vestergaard to score a header.

Only joking.

Lose 2 nil. Play tidy nicey nicey backwards passing. Concede to a set piece then Iwobi to be through on goal and round the keeper in stoppage time.
