Who do we need next season

Doubt we could get him, but Nicolo Bertola is out of contract in the summer, 21 year old CB for Spezia Calcio in Serie B. I'd imagine he will be stepping up to Serie A next season but we should be in for these sorts of players on free transfers, has decent potential in my eyes. He's 192cm (6 ft 4) but looks surprisingly nimble and his a good tackle on him.

I'd take that loan 100% but usually they are loaned back into the Serie A

If we have £5m to spend, I'd be offering a deal for Chancel Mbemba too, absolutely miles clear of our current level and was brilliant for Marseille before they fell out over a medical when he came back from international duty (the case went to tribunal and ruled in Chancels favour) so he probably won't make another appearance for them. For him it's a chance to get back into first team football and then sign for a potentially premier league club if we go back up (should we go down this season) and for Marseille it gets his wages off the books.

Doubt he’s the type we’d target but aid imagine you’d get him for a relatively small fee. Honestly can’t say I’ve watched enough to know if he can make it but definitely promising profile

Briefly mentioned him last season because he was delivering some excellent creative numbers, has continued that trend into this season too. 
 

Pavel Sulc of Viktoria Plzen would be high up on my list too, like Fruk, he’s continued to post some excellent creative numbers like he did last season.

Whilst I appreciate it's super hard to know how players will adapt to leagues etc. It baffles me how clubs (not just ours) continue to get recruitment so wrong.

 

On this forum alone, we've called some duffers yes, but I'd say the hit rate for those from leagues such as Croatia, Scandinavia, eastern Europe etc is pretty good!

Not playing too much at Toulouse. Peak age, good in the middle and final third for an 8, reasonable tackling stats. We could do a lot worse.

 

Also Luis Javier Suarez was amazing in Almeria's near great escape last season and he's smashed La Liga 2.

Presumably "that reading centre back" is Tyler Bindon; he has signed for Forest.
