Last game i saw them win on TV at FT they were playing 'I predict a riot' whilst Farke was fist pumping all the fans around the stadium.

I have a dilemma.  I absolutely hate Leeds and usually want them to win fek all.  However, when we are in the championship I would rather face Sheffield United than Leeds...chokes me but I hope they get promoted as if they don't then our "possible" (said more in hope than expectation) return to the top table will be harder with them in it.  Still detest them tho.

On the plus side its possible Leeds could fall apart again.  That would amuse me if they end up in the play offs again.

Nowhere near close. Ward doesn’t get off the ground for that kdh header at home last season. At least mesilier can actually get anywhere near the ball, he’s just not good at keeping it out 😂

Leeds staying down would mean psr reduced to 39m and less chance of going up next season

VAR being there this time is awful. 
One of the few benefits of being in the championship gone. It’s absolute shite why do they want to expand it? I’m sure most fans want it gone altogether.

just hope we fully drain the swamp

 

get the likes of Nelson, Alves, Evans, Monga etc into the first team squad

 

buy young hungry players we can develop with the odd bit of experience here and there

That was my reasoning for renewing but I am making a huge assumption that the club are going to completely change their stance to youth. We gave some a chance under Enzo but very rarely the 17 yr olds

I think we will see a very different outlook, we came down with load of players who the club thought were still good enough for the PL.

 

They now know the majority aren't so we need a proper rebuild.

 

I think with the right manager and recruitment we could have a very exciting squad to watch.

The rebuild has to be far more brutal this time as we have far too much baggage on huge wages.

 

Players who were too young last time like Alves, Nelson and Stolarcyzk are now demonstrably decent young Championship players. Crucially, they'll be on much lower wages than those they'll replace.

 

Vardy is two years older and on £140k a week, Hermansen is guaranteed to go, Ricardo has sadly gone over, Winks probably isn't going to stick around now, Vestegaard is crap, Faes is as good as gone and I'd honestly piggyback BDCR out of the club.

 

Even an overhaul through necessity and reality is an overhaul, and this is the kind of leadership who needs situations to be forced on them.

Our choices of manager, our recruitment and completely brain dead retention policies is a large part of what's brought us here.
