Just equalised late on

If Norwich win tomorrow they will go above Stoke. They were 23rd, Stoke were 3rd when Clement took over.

Pompey back in the mix now, not sure what is best from the Oxford Blackburn game

A draw right? Keeps Blackburn only 2 points ahead and Oxford 2 points behind.

Got to feel for Sheffield Wednesday - twice now we've robbed them of rare wins with undeserved equalisers during injury time.

Worry for us we this "performance" came after 11 days rest and a "good spell of training"

Mind you being firmly in mid table probably is good news for teams who need points at either end of the table now - got a few coming up.

Ipswich turned it around, George Hirst winner

In the alternate universe version of The Rebecca Vardy Story (part 2: The Jamie Years), Vardy, Hirsty and Kaney all go through the youth system together with Hirsty and Kaney being cartoon like villains. Vardy turns down a contract at Tottenham to rise the hard way, Hirsty conspires with Kaney to steal vital goal scoring data from Rebecca’s phone but end up scuffing it into the sea. Hirsty gets relegated with Vardys goal that secures the premier league title and the golden boot. Kaney leaves for the German league after an hilarious sequence of events sees Kaney transfer.

Oxford v Blackburn tonight. What do we want?

I'm thinking another good result for Oxford will be a worrying trend. I don't really want either to pick something up from it.  Could do without three points for Blackburn 🤔

At least West Brom v Southampton is clear cut.

A draw. Both lose 2 points. Not a massively positive result for Oxford at home and ground gained on Blackburn.

Our next six fixtures are so kind that if we play semi competently as we did last night, other teams results won’t be an issue.

You’d like to think as we gifted Southampton 3 points and a cup victory they could do us a favour tonight

Well we gift wrapped 6 points to Sheffield United and they returned the favour with a late equaliser for West Brom at the weekend so I’m not holding my breathe!

Blackburn probably have the toughest run of games.

Their next 5:

Oxford A

Millwall A

Boro H

Brum A

WBA H

A mixture of teams going for promotion, relegation 6 pointers and Birmingham away who hardly ever lose at home…

…and then their last 4

Coventry H

Sheffield Utd A

Southampton A

Leicester H

Portsmouth & West Brom still play a few of the promotion chasing sides.

Whereas we’ve only Hull & Millwall at home near the end

Millwall are 3rd. Hull are 5th. We're close to the bottom. There's no 'easy' games.

I meant the only promotion chasing sides we’ve got is Hull & Millwall compared to the others around us. I’m just looking at the games purely on paper.

If both have confirmed their places in the playoffs and can't catch 2nd, it could be a great time to play both though

McKenna doesn’t get enough criticism.

That Ipswich squad is a joke.

One of the best/most expensive squads at this level.

It's always the referee's fault though.

Did the ref need a yellow coated escort off the pitch?
