suffolk fox Posted 6 March Posted 6 March I will be going with the attitude of a good day out spoilt by the football. Will go to the Civil service club first for a few pints and an all day breakfast. Then, to Stamford Bridge leave early when we go 3 0 down (our golden rule) and get home early enough to enjoy the rest of Sunday. 1

Chelmofox Posted 6 March Posted 6 March (edited) Of all the PL teams out there, we should know best how to play Enzo ball. Flood the midfield, pack and be solid at the back, double up the wingers. Let them have lots of possession but give them no room. Then, if you win the ball, play it long to where the inverting fullback is now missing and get someone with pace to charge it down. You'll get a few of these chances at the right time, so lots of shooting practice from that side - be clinical. Sadly, our senior players will love Enzo ball too much to counter it like this, and Ruud will play 4-3-3 with no pace up front. But hey, winning tactically is not the point right! Look forward to looking good for 5 mins and having a shot. Edited 6 March by Chelmofox 3

Filbert Fireworks Posted 6 March Posted 6 March (edited) It will be 4231 lose Sideshow bob and vesty playing a high line. Ndidi and dog poo soumare in a flailing double pivot 2-0 down game gone by halftime. Chelsea ease off so we look average for 20minutes. Everyone claims its progress. We won't score, we will concede at least 2 though. Repeat next week. Relegation Van Noidea still in charge next week. Welcome to hell....... Edited 6 March by Filbert Fireworks 1 1

Lako42 Posted 6 March Posted 6 March How many will Palmer score? Enough to make up for his complete lack of form recently I would suggest. Imagine paying to go to this

RoboFox Posted 6 March Posted 6 March A proper four or five-nil pumping here and you'd think that Ruud's position becomes untenable.

If he persists with the same shit lineup and we get dicked again without scoring, you'd think that a competent board would think it worthwhile rolling the dice in the hope that someone might be able to get a tune out of these thick twats for a few games. It's unlikely, but the fabled "new manager bounce" might be worth the risk. It's pretty clear to everyone he's out of his depth. I don't buy that we can't sack him because of PSR.

Then the Dutchman's cucks come tiptoeing out to support him with the ol'... 'no manager on earth could work with these players'
ChrisFilter Posted 6 March Posted 6 March Just been given two free tickets in the Chelsea end. Wasn't able to gratefully decline for fear of being rude. What a dreadful day out this will be 1

Nah - this is LCFC we're talking about! I've lost count, but would that make it 13 defeats in 14 matches?? Nowhere near enough for a good, old fashioned sacking!

I fully agree with you, but we've literally done the bolded bit for the last 12 games and save for a Spurs team that gifted us a win, exactly the same thing has happened almost every time. If he hasn't been sacked yet then I don't see why they'd do it now when it's just the same evidence being presented.

Surely we'll leave it to the Dean Smith/John Terry combination when it's too late
