The key stats are set out below. Warning - it is very grim reading:

Fewest points per game (converted to 3 points) - 0.64 in 1977/78 (0.63 so far this season)

Fewest wins - 5 in 77/78 and 01/02 (4 so far this season)

Most defeats - 25 in 77/78 in a 42 game season (18 so far this season, which at the current rate would result in losing 28 games in a 42 game season)

Fewest goals scored - 26 in 77/78 in a 42 game season (25 so far this season)

Most goals conceded - 112 in 57/58 in a 42 game season (61 so far this season, projected to concede 85 over 38 games, which would equate to 95 over a 42 game season, the 4th worst goals conceded per game in our entire history)

These are going or in danger

Fewest points per game (converted to 3 points) - 0.64 in 1977/78 (0.63 so far this season)

Can’t see us increasing this.

Fewest wins - 5 in 77/78 and 01/02 (4 so far this season)

Will we win more than 1 more?

Most defeats - 25 in 77/78 in a 42 game season (18 so far this season, which at the current rate would result in losing 28 games in a 42 game season)

We will actually exceed this in 4 less games than the 42 games season.

So what you're basically saying is KP have taken us to possibly the best top flight team in our history to the very worst top flight team in our history, that's some doing on both counts.

Actually, there is also another record that we could break: worst ever goal difference. We're currently on -36 and the record is -48 in 1908/09.

It’s almost deliberate sabotage to turn one of our best ever teams to our worst ever top flight one in 3 years.

I think we had a better team in 2002... not saying much. Poor management and coaching after O'Neill led to our downfall. 2004 im not sure how we got relegated based on the players we had, all can i say it was experienced squad with aging players.

We might be bad, but we’ve got one of the most handsome managers in the Premier League, and no longer have to see the mug of Steve Cooper on a weekly basis.

For that alone I’m grateful to Top and the board :scarf::scarf:

And in just three seasons :scarf:

Probably is statistically the worst team we've had, but for me it's definitely the most dislikable team. Apart from Vardy, Mads, Abdul and Bilal, I don't particularly like any of the squad. They don't seem to have the same passion for wearing the shirt as we've had in the past. Even in league 1 there were players we had who may not have been as talented but wore the shirt with pride. There doesn't seem to be any motivation to do better. They just seem to be happy plodding along playing badly and not really caring.

What makes them dislikeable is just the shit attitude  they've got , treated like kings and this how they repay us.People  will lose their  jobs when we're relegated and them ***** will just swan about  with not a care in the world.  I'm 63 and old enough to have seen crap before  but this lot just piss  me off BIG TIME.

I'm gonna be in the minority and say many of the players are (or could be) likeable.

The attitude in the camp is going to be low when, since Newcastle away, they have been sent out for certain defeat every single week. It can't be pleasant to be stood on the pitch knowing all your inadequacies are laid out bare by the manager and zero tools to mitigate that

Prior to that was Cooper. Who the players simply didn't rate. It's no different to a workplace where an incompetent line manager can destroy a departmental structure.

You can excuse teams being inferior when they’re less experienced and earn a smaller salary.

This lot are a complete joke.

You can't excuse  them ,most are internationals not inexperienced  kids ,which reflects  in their  salary  according  to Rudkin. It seems no thought as gone into looking at their  mentality etc like Pearson  for one did when signing players,we couldn't  have got it more wrong and we're stuck with some these clowns for another couple of seasons cause nobody will take em.

Not just statistically,

They are the worst top flight Leicester team on basic football ability & knowledge, work rate, tactically and lets be right they give less of a damn than the players two years ago and that says a lot

Lets not just stop at the team

The Managers (plural) have been the worst we've had (Dave Bassett can challenge) (both Brendan Rogers and Peter Taylor at least started their spells well)

The coaching team is a joke

The board... what's the point in saying anything - they're clueless and untouchable

The reputational damage has been colossal.

After the title we were worldwide news.  If you wore a City shirt anywhere in the world you would likely be stopped in the street and congratulated and for almost a decade we carefully grew our reputation.

Now, if your only clean shirt was a Leicester City shirt, you'd probably stay home that day.
