Forgot all about O’Neil, done well to be fair since he started managing. I’d go for him over DR though bags more experience knows the leagues / players and he’s free.

Knows the leagues, what does that even mean? Like a buzzword that people say?

Point of a release clause is you don’t need to piss about

True the release cause is 2.5m though ? why is it quoted at 600k/1m by some ?

If they are squabbling over 2m then it sums the board up tbh

Or they’re bullshitting

who is going to call them out ?

I mean Rohl has every incentive to leak it, hardly far fetched

O'Neil makes little sense. He has had two  managerial roles where He was basically dragged in to sort out previous issues. No pre-season and no preparations.  Wilder at least had experience at this level, or a promotion expect like Farke or Parker would be understandable, but O'Neil doesn't fit any bill.

He’d be dragged in here to be fair

And finished 14th with no pre season with the players, which to me seems decent. So it's odd how his stats were apparently muck (I won't lie I didn't study what you posted)

They weren't awful awful but they weren't good conceded alot and didn't score many just dosent strike me with confidence

Reports we need someone to fix the culture, appoint the man who lost the dressing room, caused a lack of discipline and fighting on the pitch.

Exactly. Disaster waiting to happen.

Wilder bottled it last season with a far superior squad then Sunderland. Sheffield United will be the peak of his managerial career. He does not belong here at a club with the facilities and youth academy of Leicesters

Waiting for the Percy bomb to tell us Rohl is coming

Be scared of Percy bombs, he consistently wrote about how amazing O’Neil was, they’re chums.

At least we might get a few more leaks out of it lol

Sure but you could say that with virtually every manager (that they have negative traits) - the only managers you perhaps can't say that about are ones that we will not be close to attracting

we are not gonna pay 600k to danny rohl now but we are paying more than that in 5 months to sack GON

And if we pay 600k for Rohl it's guaranteed that we won't be in a position of wanting to sack him in 5 months? How?

Point is of all the managers linked with us, they should be capable of making us a top 4 side at a minimum, even if they are uninspiring names. So GON would have to be doing something pretty dreadful to be sacked in 5 months (wait, sorry I forgot that's guaranteed)
