We should a classic supermarket buy one get 2 free. Buy VK and have Soumare and Daka for free. They are leaving for free next summer anyway and we could just save a few million in wages

I just see it as karma for us taking Alan Rogers off them in 2001 (?). What goes around, must come around but this time with more money involved.

 

Come to think of it I think I have in the pay likened VK to Rogers in terms of how one dimensional he is, so am finding this deal all the more tantalising.

Technically not good enough at the top level and I don’t see him ever excelling in the English game.

15m might be feasible. He did ok at Bologna and I think due to his age is still regarded as someone who has potential, and has quite a few international caps.

whilst Vesty has his limitations, I don’t believe he’s bringing any negativity to the squad… Faes on the other hand!  And Soumare sometimes looks like he’s mad just to be asked to get out of bed!

I was quite excited when he returned from his loan last season - in FM24 he was an assists machine and regularly Premier League player of the year 😄

To be honest, even if he isn't bringing negativity personally, he and the others I mentioned are the poster boys for our 2 relegations and the trust/support from the fans have gone and that is undoubtably bringing negativity to the squad, that's why I'm happy to cut ties with them all!
