I actually liked him a lot and his attitude seemed great but he's simply not on the level. If Forest can get a tune out of him, fair enough

I think Clubs can legitimately say to others now 'i can't sell for that mate, you know all about PSR' and legitimately walk away from bad deals that would actively make finances LOOK worse (although not actually being worse). That said, i'd offer VK the ****ing Uber fair to West Bridgeford just to see the back of the mouth breathing waste of piss. The only man i know other than Thomas that looks ABSOLUTELY KNACKERED and peuce in the face, moments after running on to the pitch.

Given we paid mid teens for him in first relegation season. I think anywhere north of £5m has us in profit now thought right?

I can't fathom why any team in the EPL would buy VK after his honking performances last season.

As Moyes said the other day, at this stage in the window, if clubs have missed out on their priority targets, they just "need bodies in the door who can do a job". Not even sure that VK meets that definition, though!

A close mate runs one of the official Forest podcasts and he believes it’s close to being a done deal but might be a loan with obligation

Loan this year with wages covered and an obligation to buy for £10m + would be a great deal for us

if the obligation is pre June 30 26 then it matters not to us if they’re covering his wages and paying a decent transfer fee. If it’s after that then they’d need to pay a loan fee this season equal to his psr write down and cover his wages. The transfer fee might be several million down if done this way.

Hopefully this opens the door for us to get a left-back who actually knows how to attack.

Or defend.

That 'dangly' leg thing he did really pissed me off.
