Not because I don't love him or think he could do a job, but because we need to move on and start thinking about the next 3-5 seasons, we need to sign players with sell on value and his age and wage demands would not do us any favours. Everything was nicely rounded off with the goals / appearances n all.

Hope he goes to some giant foreign club as a rotation option.

We need to think about next season as a priority...otherwise the next 3 - 5 seasons will be spent where we are now.

Not having a plan for the future has worked for us up until now yeah. What Vardy would want in cash would be better off spent improving areaof the squad.

Will be interesting if there is anything that comes to light on his exit from the club and his relationship with certain senior people within the club.

Why do you think its being shown after his return for the 5000-1 match 🤣

Said he was ‘unhappy’ and it was all his decision to leave.

Probably almost entirely down to Rudkin and the running of the club

He did add it was nothing against the club or the club against him. So it wasn’t them directly.

Seems it was relegation and closing on 200 goals that were key.

But relegation was of course a result of Rudkin and Top’s mismanagement.

Enjoying the series so far tbh. I think Becky is alright. Comes across normal enough to me.

She seems boring to me. I thought she'd be trying harder with how much she wants people to like her.

On the footy side and based on how much they all seemed to miss home, I'd imagine they'll be staying in England for next season.

Yeah she is pretty boring but thats what I mean about normal. She isn't giving it the me, me, me look at me stuff, seems very family orientated, doesn't come across as the narcissistic bitch the media portray her as. She's just quite dull and normal.

What do you want from her? lol

Maybe being normal or boring will actually make people realise she's not the villain they thought she was

I think this paints the Vardy's in quite a good light, they are far more grounded than anyone like the Rooneys could ever be. They seem to have protected the kids well, and I think the are aware of their privilege even if that has its challenges.

Would you expect him to say anything else?

Rewind a season before and it was touch and go if he stayed, plus given the fact that we didn’t purchase a single player I find it very unlikely that he would’ve been offered anything near the money he was on even the last time in the championship even if it had a 40% reduction.

If there was money available a player would’ve been signed on a free to replace him as opposed to low level loans.

Thing is we did bring in Caranza and pay his wage, which was a complete waste of time. Much the same as the season before we brought in Edouard and paid his wage, there was some money. Just the football operations team waste it because they are so shit. Like the recent window, we bring in a bloke who is unfit, and I guy from Chelsea who added nothing. I honestly have no idea what the club are thinking, unless they were paid by clubs to take these players, we are wasting money that could have been better spent elsewhere, if there were any semblance of competency at this club.

Rumoured to be on 15k a week, if Vardy didn’t leave maybe we wouldn’t have seen the loan players arrive.

Most were dog shit anyway, on a side note Edouard is a weird one couldn’t get a sniff and just helped Lens qualify for the champions league 12/29

Its just a sign of the general malign at this club, it seems everyone in the club is happy with it. Its a leadership competence problem. Sadly there is no sign of it changing or getting any better.

I don't want anything. She's put herself on TV and my opinion is she comes across boring :dunno:
