Pita Posted 1 May 2025 Posted 1 May 2025 His style of play is far more attractive to watch than the rubbish we are getting now. 1

StanSP Posted 1 May 2025 Posted 1 May 2025 Reckon he goes to a rival in the Championship and they end up finishing higher than us.

Guest Bilo Posted 1 May 2025 Posted 1 May 2025 My underpants would be more semen than cotton. It would show that we've learned something and appointing an exciting, young progressive coach, who has operated under far worse conditions and impressed, with a really high ceiling. It won't happen.

Mousinho has done an outstanding job, probably better than Rohl yes. Mousinho would also be a good appointment. A really impressive start to his coaching career.

Additionally in a few games he's been very direct and played long to Ugbo/Smith, so he's not a short at all costs ideologue. I'd be in favour If so, even more of a red flag on the signings made which are the majority older experienced players. I'd want him to explain why he's done what he's done.
moore_94 Posted 1 May 2025 Posted 1 May 2025 Does anyone know how much input he has in the transfers at Sheff Wed? Looks like the majority of their signings this season have been shocking - and quite a few that almost give me Cooper-esque “older and experienced” vibes
Bob Weasel Fox Posted 1 May 2025 Posted 1 May 2025 Would prefer Muslic - now that would be Muslic to my ears however if we have to Rohl with it . . . 1
Guest Bilo Posted 1 May 2025 Posted 1 May 2025 Isn't his budget there about £1.73, though? Plus the fact that our academy and facilities are light years ahead of theirs.

He's young and done a very good job working under a terrible owner, which is exactly the kind of person we need. Out of interest, who realistically would you want? Other names that have been mentioned like Dyche, Martin, Carsley etc are no more exciting than Rohl. 1
