We were probably 2 decent signings away from being able to put up a decent attempt at going straight back up again even with the players we have as much as some of them p*** us off they are still going to be good at this level . Seeing teams sell there shite for 10 mil and we struggle to get rid of anyone for low value ( stupid wages probably doesn’t help) we need a few loans in at least but it just doesn’t seem likely which is crazy considering we have brought a bit of decent money in selling mads and wilf

Ipwish have sold Amari Hutchinson for a similar fee as we did for barnes and Maddison. That is mental it’s is truly mental.
 

They have sold Broadhead for the same amount we got for ndidi. This is mental.

 

Unless something changes, we are going in one direction is disgraceful.
 

We are the worst ran football club in this country. ( bar SW) I ****ing hate king power

To be fair, if we can’t afford a young loanee, presumably low wages (which we might not even have to pay in full) and maybe a small loan fee (bear in mind as a youngster, they will want him to get experience, not like loaning a senior player to cover their contract), is there even point in going on as a club? Might as well pack it all up.

Gutted to have missed out on both Nypan and Collyer. Both would have been ideal for the box to box position in our system and would have got plenty of minutes given our current options (Winks, Skipp & Soumaré)

This is what has been speculated by some that the increase of these documentaries is going to see the story outweighs the actual football team because the documentary makes more money,

Think they need a high place finish this season and to do well in Europe else they could have psr issues next year. He’s just throwing money left right and centre and hoping it all works. I like Nuno but he declined at wolves, didn’t do well at spurs and can’t see him doing well this season.

Just remember where we were when King Power bought the club and the good times we've had since. Not that I'm defending some of the awful decision making since we won the league but King Power took a skint club for whom the Prem was a dream and gave us some of the best seasons our club has ever had.

Saw someone suggest this guy in a thread somewhere not long ago:
 


FC Nordsjælland are close to selling the jewel Sindre Walle Egeli to Ipswich Town FC in another huge transfer. The Premier League relegation side have offered up to 20 million euros, 150 million kroner, and are positive about a deal. PSV seem to be out.

Too rich for me at this level.  Loans with obligations at that price fine, but outright is too steep.  

We can't be spending £15mill on someone at this level who turns out to be shit.  Ipswich are gambling there.
