Did I just read Forest bought Omari Hutchinson for £42.5m???

I read 37.5m, which is still too much. But Ipswich bought him for about 20m.

The heck happened to Mainoo?

Swear he was the supposed to be the England saviour a year or two ago

Typical overrated player, a couple of good games and the media claim he's the Messiah of Midfield. Another lazy player like Gray who will never improve.

I’ve just wrote that as well, also took them a couple of minutes to come to the conclusion it was a penalty

Such a baffling decision mate!

I’m the first to laugh at the palace Nigel ultras but an ex colleague sent me a video of their banner today. He sits with the Nigel fanatics. It’s brilliant, so funny. Can’t believe the Nigel’s had it in them

Xenophobic 😂😂😂😂😂

what exactly are you expecting them to state? their argument is that he's never done anything of those things and there's no evidence for them (a lie, but they're not going to admit to his wrongdoings), at which point it would come to him being accused because he's from a country with a history of corruption and match fixing. if you genuinely believe he's innocent and being smeared, or want to pretend he is (either of which Forest absolutely do), the only conclusion is xenophobia. It's throw shit at the wall and hope it sticks, because everything he's accused of is well documented, but it's internally consistent.

I hear you.

Palace’s argument is that he’s never done any of those things either though 😜

technically but there's what it literally says and the intended meaning. It's like the bloke who was arrested recently for a banner that said "I support Palestine. Action needed now". By the strictest interpretation he didn't offer support to a proscribed organization because of that full stop (and the biggest grammar pedants in the world will die on that hill), but the meaning of his sign was very obvious, hence him being arrested, same as the meaning of that palace banner. it's why "we're saying he didn't do those things" isnt the slamdunk defence people are suggesting

I remember in Alan Sugar’s autobiography he was saying when they brought out the double tape player it became possible to copy tapes which was illegal.

In his advert he made sure it said it was illegal to copy tapes and put this in bold letters. Obviously it had the opposite effect on the general public. Very clever.
