The idea he’s a good manager is surely dead and buried now, an amazing 10th in the championship with Swansea, Brighton just a well run club and De Zerbi immediately improved them after Potter left, now Chelsea and West Ham have been an utter disaster. Nobody serious is employing him anytime soon. Expect him at Rangers after Brussel is sacked.
