Whilst he's young for a goalkeeper, he's 22, not a kid.

No need to dwell on it, he's just had a horrible performance, and his head/confidence had clearly gone. Any outfield player would be taken off, why should a goalkeeper be different?

Yeah, Tudor could probably have shown a little bit of care when he walked off, but the coaching staff spoke to him, which is their job, manager job trying to change the course of the game. Tudor biggest mistake was picking him in the first place.

The media will make it worse by making the conversation last ages and bring it up every time. He will get over it.

I just don't get this let's feel sorry for a young kid goalkeeper nonsense.  He is a highly paid professional footballer.  It's his job to be a goalkeeper, he failed miserably at it.  In any other job you would be fired for putting in that sort of display at work.

He, needs to learn from it and move on.  (perhaps consider another career).

It's no ones fault but his own.

We live in such a fragile world now you get frowned upon for stating the truth or the blindingly obvious.

Regardless of pay it's still tough to not feel sorry for him in terms of being substituted in a game as a goalkeeper, especially so early. Even more so when, personally, I feel he was at fault for only the third goal. The first is a slip which can happen, and has happened, to any player.

He has played well in previous Spurs games, kept clean sheets, so in a normal work environment you wouldn't be sacked after one mistake (or at least not in my role anyway, granted every job is different). Not that I think professional sport is comparable to your everyday "9 to 5" job.
