And instead of enjoying the holiday with my mates, I’m considering sacrificing a day of actual fun to subject myself to 90 minutes of watching us try and play football.

 

Any idea who we’re playing, where we’re playing and how I can get tickets? (Obviously I know Austria is a big place - I don’t mind travelling a bit if need be)

If you staying in Vienna, then best option would be to take in the game against FK Koln in Graz.  Train is between 2-3 hours from Wien Hbf.  With game finishing around 7pm, you should get a connection back to Vienna. I live in Austria and plan to rock up on the day a buy a ticket.  The Sturm Graz stadium holds over 15,000, so I doubt it will be full🙀
