Wortho Posted 11 June 2025 Posted 11 June 2025 (edited) I think we need to keep him…im not sure how much Mads will be worth 🤷🏻♂️ Edited 11 June 2025 by Wortho Spelling
Ryy Posted 11 June 2025 Author Posted 11 June 2025 Would be funny if we just sold Mads and Jakub for a laugh to leave us with zero first team keepers

Foxes96 Posted 11 June 2025 Posted 11 June 2025 Maybe not as much interest in Mads as first thought… at least Jakub would represent pure profit although unlikely much more than £5mil. 1

I say this because I saw this and thought, "but he already has resigned." Kinda. Edited 11 June 2025 by Trav Le Bleu 1

I wouldn't be surprised. His form since his injury has been doggo. No one who will pay what we want will take that chance.

The issue was there wasn’t a “since his injury” as he was still injured and probably shouldn’t have been playing. 2
Claudio Fannieri Posted 11 June 2025 Posted 11 June 2025 Exercise our right to extend his contract then this rejected bid is made public, selling Jakub would be pure profit, could see him going to a newly promoted prem side or even mid table as a decent back up for anywhere between £5m-£10m
Sankey93 Posted 11 June 2025 Posted 11 June 2025 Makes ya wonder Mads might be staying if there bidding for Jakob!
Blanchflower78 Posted 11 June 2025 Posted 11 June 2025 Or how far we've fallen that Norwich think they can take our number 1 next season.... 3
ALC Fox Posted 11 June 2025 Posted 11 June 2025 (edited) Not the outcome I'd want but we could easily sell Mads for a good amount, Jakub for less but still for 'pure profit' and then get a new number one for the same price as Jakub but amortised over a five-year contract. Then get in an older head as backup with Bausor rotating in if/when required. We could even loan in a number one for a season and kick the problem down the road a bit until we're on a bit more of a sturdier footing. Edited 11 June 2025 by ALC Fox 1
Md9 Posted 11 June 2025 Posted 11 June 2025 Maybe we think we can upgrade him with the money we get for him. Decent keeper for us to keep as number one for next season though
AKCJ Posted 11 June 2025 Posted 11 June 2025 If nobody comes in for Mads it definitely makes sense to sell Stolarcyzk for a few million. Would be pure profit. 2
Popular Post CloudFox Posted 11 June 2025 Popular Post Posted 11 June 2025 Why are people even contemplating this being something we should consider? Bizarre that they have bid for him though. 9

Tuna Posted 11 June 2025 Posted 11 June 2025 Honestly wouldn't be that upset to sell him, if we are keeping Mads. Very possible.
Ryy Posted 11 June 2025 Author Posted 11 June 2025 Started a thread without doing it myself is a first 😅 1
StanSP Posted 11 June 2025 Posted 11 June 2025 Why would Norwich bid literally days after he's signed a contract? Seems odd, and perhaps not fully true... 1

Not a new contract as such, believe the club just triggered an extra years extension. Could be to add an extra million or two to his price tag…
